Ideally all of it, but a beginning list I think would be:
Telekinesis
Force Barrier
Alchaka
Tapas
Force Healing
Metallurgy
Sam doesn't know much about lightsaber combat, his parents were Teras Kasi practitioners. Sam would be willing to learn any of the forms, but I think I will likely try to take him down a different route that entails making him a pair of cestus/gauntlets made of lightsabe resistant material with electrodes in the knuckles.
