Never got the official word (or it just got overlooked) from the Fel Imperium to dismantle their Map presence, but I hunted down a thread in their faction stating this by their owner:

Due to some complications and the slowing of activity within the Fel, I have made a deal with the CIS to merge our member bases. The Order of Imperial Knights will be integrated into the society of the CIS and work alongside the Templars. I apologize for any inconvenience, the request for faction shutdown will be put in tomorrow.

Obviously, I can’t merge the faction’s clouds, so the Faction just gets demoted to minor.

It was a request of one of the Admin's, in the place of the Faction Owner who abandoned it. I was assured that this was a Faction-wide decision.

Iscariot left and the will to carry the faction on was not supported by the 40-something members that were a part of the faction. As a matter of fact, only five got back with me.
