"I lived in the slums of Corellia, my father was a fighter and my mother a jedi who had left the order. After winning a fight he wasn't suppose to a Sith showed up, killed my parents, and would have killed me if i had not tossed myself out a window, fallen several stories, and gotten crippled for weeks... all while im ten at most mind you. Fun Childhood and certainly something not too bad to start off on. That and my brother who apparently survived as well."

"That is...astonishing and yet terrible. I would say I'm sorry but I feel that was so long ago that there's nothing more that could be said.
I remember this one time...my little brother was teasing my little sister, so I stopped him. My father said that protecting the weak was a sure way to die, and they didn't deserve, though mind you my sister is a red head." "Well, i can tell you that protecting the weak can lead to friendships that no one could ever hope to make without such a thing happening." She moved a piece of silverware in her hand, turning it between her fingers as she sat there, a way to keep her mind focused on the conversation oddly enough. "What planet do you rule if you don't mind my asking, does your family remain there?"

"I rule A planet, and my parents do not even know if I'm alive, or not. I am exiled from the Sin family. Eclipstica. Its way up I the right hand corner of the Tingel Arm. Its almost always nighttime there. Very strange planet."
He stood up and stretched his back, leaning very far back, then came back up from the stretch.
"Protecting the weak gains you friendships, and allies, but protecting isn't what's just needed. They also need to be taught self defense...cause you won't always be there to save them."

"That sounds like an interesting place, and im surprised how you would be outcasted by your family. Perhaps there is but something that you have not told me. Past that part why had your family disowned you if im not pressing too far?" She rested her chin on her hand in a different position, her jaw getting tired but her interest not a tinge wasted as she continued to listen.

"You know of the Ember of Vahl, I'm probably the only Vahla that doesn't follow the damn religion. I was open about it too. Father couldn't stand having a son who was a disgrace. For you Alex, I'm an open book."
He said walking around the kitchen.
"As far as I can tell, when I openly did it in the middle of a big ceremony, he had enough of it, and exiled me. I guess Sin is a big name in the Vahla culture. I never looked into it."

"Ya, i would assume speaking out in a crowd of religious fanatics was a bad idea, never ended well for most everyone else so i didn't think it would for you, no offence. Im sure you could charm the women to your side but the men would be a -bit- harder."

"Dont take my words too proudly buddy, i only say that in the fact that your actions whether intentional or not would draw the attention of more than a few people, i am not one of them though. Sorry to disappoint you mister Sin." She smiled and leaned forward on her hands.

"Thank you, it took me forever to create it just as i wanted it to be... turning it into a temple for force users was something of an impulse but paid off as you saw with my garden on the roof, it was the work of several of us together."
