A Game of Thrawns (OS Dominion of Csilla)

Objective: Try to get one last good whack in….if you live like that, you live like ghosts
Location: Somewhere in the black void
Allies: [member="Coren Starchaser"] [member="Rekha Kaarde"] (accepts friend request and posts on wall with a sticker)
Enerrrmies: [member="Sage Bane"] (background check) [member="Tanek Santii"] (*pokes* LIKE OMGEE WHY IS THAT STILL A FEATURE?!)

Fire at the jedi.

Sage's words refocused her blurring thoughts sharply, tearing what remained of her concentration away from the refugees. "No!" The anguished cry left her lips. Coren.

The slicer jerked her wrist to the side as that nasty little serpent went to separate the blond from her lifeline. Instead of swiping the datapad, it's head whipped against her wrist, sending a jarring sensation up the length of her skinny-limb. A hiss of pain escaped tightened lips just as Sage pounced. She wouldn't be surprised if the limb was fractured.

Technopath mind sought to send Rekha one message to her comm in the hovering ship just above, using the invisible strands of the force.

Get Coren out.

A disgruntled-snort left her nose as the rude sith is rude cut off any attempt on her shot muscles to roll away. His fingers latched around her shoulder like an unmerciful claw. "I am not," with the thumb on the screen of her datapad, most of the info she had became erased or locked down that even a master slicer would have trouble with deciphering. "Your darling!" With a continuation of her arm swing, she brought the device up in one last attempt to bash the sith in the side of his head as he snapped forward into her own.

An explosion of stars filled her vision followed by an all-consuming throbbing darkness. Converse-clad feet went eerily still as her entire snow-outfitted body collapsed against the ground.

Objective: Get to Spark and Coren
Location: In the air looking down at Spark, Sage, and Coren
Allies [member="Spark Finn"] [member="Coren Starchaser"]
Enemies [member="Sage Bane"] (bad boy) [member="Tanek Santii"] Ut oh…
Spacebook - (Send kisses to Sparkler) knew you’d come around

Nothing no response that could mean two things one thought she would not entertain, and the other was not much better.

“Coren, do you have eyes Spark?” She tried to keep the sound of concern and worry from her voice, she peered down towards the ground as she kept going down, where are you she repeated over and over.

The rush of wind from the open door seem to drown out all other sounds, it sounded like a freighter on its last flight heading for impact ready to explode into a million little memories.

She did not need memories right now she needed ingenuity and bawls. Feth Feth FETH!!!!

Who is this Sith anyhow? She could now see something but it was still so small she wasn’t sure but the shock of blonde hair made her feel certain it was Spark. Weapons. Rekha looked across the board before her.

She tilted her head was that…oo “Targeting System, standard” She nodded, ok now Kaarde what’s the weapons, cannons, missile launcher.

Rekha knew if she fired even with targeting Spark could be hurt, and wherever Coren was he would be in danger too.

The door was open, she had an idea. She began to quickly play with the targeting system, it had been quite some time since she had played like this. Her fingers smoothed over keys and then loading sequences, and then the one thing that would hold it all……….timer.

She was having a hard time multi-tasking for keeping her hands on one station while trying to fly and descend was ready to strip her of sanity and strength she had to try …

She hadn’t not heard from Coren yet…she fought a sinking feeling in her chest.

Damn force users think they know everything, yeah go fight the sith, get your arses caught killed, stomped on…yeah just leave it to us non forcies to try and pick up pieces and be creative.

Rekha talked to herself at light speed it helped to keep her mind going.

Oh Coren if this works you owe me, and if I get my arse kicked…and your ship blown up….I…will run and hide…for a long long time. Rekha laughed.

She moved fully back over to the pilots’ chair everything seemed ready, descending..lower…lower…till alerts she was near the ground.

She used the awesome sound system that would make SW equal of Dr. Dre jealous to open communications outward..she was looking in the direction of Sage and Spark.

I need a miracle she whispered

“HEY YOU…whoever you are sitting on my blonde friend….you have she looked over. About a minute to get off her, and retreat…before I start shooting…” She could see Spark bashing him in the head…and something hit her…about getting Coren out…

The ship was hovering just above the ground about 10 feet off the deck, for added measure she pulled the blaster from where she threw it when she took the pilot seat..and put in her lap.

Oh hell….

Coren was not happy here. He needed to get to Spark and he needed to get out of here. The Sith were overrunning this place. It was a Zerg rush and they weren’t quitting. He shook his head. Needed to move. Reaching out, he pulled the Force on the soldiers, draining the life from them, and giving it back with a stasis field. It’d make quick work of the ones that weren’t ready or protected for it.

The rest? He’d reflect their blaster bolts at them.

But… He was focusing on Spark’s aura in the Force, getting to her. When the call for the hounds came out? He back pedaled. What in the nine Corellian hells was this? He needed to get off the ground, this was not a place for a Starchaser. Lightsaber at the ready, he looked for the ship. He could use that, get over these things, and get to Spark.

He was watching the hounds, and the blaster bolts, still not noticing Tanek himself yet.

But Coren was also a loyal imperialist and Tanek was some sort of non-near-human alien scum.

Unknown Snowy Wasteland - Spaceport
Objective: Wouldn't you like to know
Enemies: [member="Darth Valdra"]
2/20

Ana wanted in on the action, not to be watch dog. She got antsy and wanted to help or well hope more than just stand here. Sighing she paced back and forth a few times the only sound she could hear was her boots tromping in the snow. Where were all the people the team was rescuing? Hopefully, they were not in trouble. If they were, they would call her right? Anybody walking by would probably see her as nothing more than just a snow bunny and think her as easy pickings. Under the white coat though she had a lighter seat of armor given to her from Coren to use for this trip.

Luckily for Ana she didn't have long to wait for someone to find her. "All I would need is a bow," she grinned reaching for her saber. Someone must have been listening to her call of I'm bored and answered with him. The blood on his sword didn't phase her one bit, she saw swords much bloodier than that plus she was a medic so there was that. "Come to play?" She questioned unclipping the saber and for now just holding it in her hands. Sadly here there were no plants that she could play with here but there was the snow which could certainly make things interesting. She would wait for him to make the first move.

4/20 hehehe

Valdra slashed his sword in the air sending the blood of the animals to the snow, he never much cared for a bloody weapon. He smirked as he continued to walk towards, he didn't much care that she unclipped her saber. He could sense she was strong and on guard, but neither of these really mattered to him at the moment. He smirked towards her, "I would hate for you to ruin your outfit with a bow. Maybe I will take you as a present for me, I have always wanted a strong woman who can hold her own next to me, might make things more exciting." He stopped in front of her, 7 feet between them. When you took into account that his arm was about two feet and the blade of his sword was five, it was a great distance.

He studied her, not in a perverted or even as a man looks at a woman, but sizing her up. She was not a Jedi, but it wasn't clear what she was. She had the looks of a snow bunny, but an edge maybe? Something seemed different, she was missing that goodie good aura a Jedi puts off. This made Valdra excited, if a fight broke out he would be in for a treat at the very least. "So what is the plan? Are we going to talk like civil beings or let our blades do the talking? It matters not to me, but I rather not mess up such a beautiful face."

Location: Spaceport
Objective: Chatting with Sith
Allies: N/A
Enemies: [member="Darth Valdra"]

If he thought that him slashing around his blade would scare her the Sith was quite mistaken. She didn't even flinch as he continued to walk closer to her. "How fashion forward of you to think of my outfit." She lightly smiled at him. "Thanks but no thanks I'm happily taken besides I'm nobody's 'present'." She stated making air quotes around the present part. When she was younger other Sith had tried to make her their present but each time she had fought against them.

What she was finding different and perhaps a little intriguing about him was that he didn't immediately began a fight. He was actually rather chatty which was a breath of fresh air from what she normally dealt with. Sith Ana was finding were all different so not brain washed the same. It was that or had some silly childhood trauma that she had no desire to hear.

"You want to talk?" She questioned tilting her head to the side curiously. Ana didn't know what they would talk about but the young woman wasn't completely against it. Having caf with him in some brightly light place with a bunch of people. What was that saying? Keep your friends close but your enemies closer?

"What did you have in mind?" She questioned flipping her un ignited saber a few times in her hands absently. Ana didn't care either what they decided to do but they needed to make up their mind soon. She was getting a little impatient. If they decided to chat her guard of course would still be up.

The shuttle banked hard to the right, and then idly lowered itself down onto the rubble-filled street below with a slight shudder and thud as the landing gear touched the ground and the ship came to a peaceful rest. The boarding ramp descended with an ominous hiss of hydraulics and compressed air spewing out of the lifts as the ramp touched the ground, and shortly after that the Sith Lord descended the ramp along with his lackies. Besides Cryax there were two of his gold-plated Crownguard both with towering vibro-poleaxes and a blaster strapped across their waist in plain sight of everyone. Their helmets concealed the entirety of their faces, and only the faint glimmer of crimson shined through the eye-slits, cold and unnerving. He approached the assembled Sith host in the center of the capital city, and took position up at a podium quickly assembled just for this moment. Leading Cryax up the ramp alongside him, he kept one strong hand glued to his shoulder while he addressed the assembled soldiers and Sith who had so triumphantly reclaimed Csilla for the glory of the One Sith.

"Brothers and sisters of the Sith, of the Empire... Today is a monumental day for our kind. Csilla, crown jewel of the Unknown Regions, has once again been claimed for the Empire. Those that would have ruined the sanctity and order we had imposed upon the Chiss people have been crushed, and their ashes dispersed to the winds and snows. Any traitors that have survived will be hunted down, and executed for their crimes against their people and the Empire. And so too will those that allowed such vermin to infest the government of Csilla...

It is the dawn of a new era for the Chiss, and on this day I shall appoint a new governor to replace those who had failed you so catastrophically." He slightly pushed Cryax forward ahead of him, making sure all could see the Chiss from anywhere in the massive crowd. "I hereby appoint Forlac'rya'xitodo as Governor of Csilla, he has proven himself a capable government official in the past, and I have no doubt he will serve Csilla and its people with dignity and righteousness." With that the Sith Lord turned and left Cryax alone at the podium, disappearing as suddenly as he had appeared, and quite frankly abandoning the thin and diminutive Chiss alone.

The perfect puppet to steward over the Chiss.

Countless pairs of red glowing eyes blinked back at him as Cryax took to the podium. Was Kaine mad? The Imperial Governor of Csilla? Cryax wasn't even born here! He turned back to flash the Sith Lord a challenging glare, but the man was gone, disappearing through a sea of blue skin. Bane reluctantly turned back to "his people." His mouth became suddenly dry as a desert.

It had been a long time since the Chiss crime lord had given a speech, but as soon as the words began to flow from his lips, out came the spin. His artful massaging of words had previously made him a charismatic President of the Red Ravens criminal syndicate, and despite his mistakes in running the organization, people still followed him, because he was Cryax Bane. Did he have it in him to be a big personality again? To be the target of assassinations and kidnappings? To have his every move scrutinized and picked apart by the ruling families? Bane took a deep breath and exhaled sharply, his breath a puff of white in front of his face.

"It is with great humility that I, Forlac'rya'xitodo, accept this Imperial Governship of the planet of Csilla, my glorious home world. I am deeply moved by the trust the Chiss have put in me to accept this momentous responsibility. I know in my heart that under the Sovereignty of the One Sith, we will find common ground and be united by so much more than what divides us."

As his blood red orbs scanned the crowd, Cryax spied his half-brother, still bloodied from battle, shaking his head.

"Today I am asking you to punch into lightspeed with me as we fly forward into a better future for Csilla."

The Chiss in the crowd broke out into a subdued, but enthusiastic applause at their new Governor. They were not a very expressive people in general, so Cryax considered their polite response, a tenative win.
