(I'm here - apologies, have been "rebooting" Connor as the 'old' character was a little stale and complex. He is far greater now. I'll take it up....)
Connor followed the light from Alexandra, stepping down the stone steps, speckled with a dusting of frost and cracks from weathering over centuries of hostility. The cool breeze was funnelled down around them as each step took them away from that welcoming safety of natural light into the darkness with only makeshift light for guidance.
Checking over his shoulder for Elvira, still following closely.
"Watch out for the beasts that feast on the warm blood of young Jedi, beasts that live on Rhen Var. They strike when you least expect."
He smiled to himself.

"Beasts that feed on warm blood ehh? Sounds like a bunch of fun in my book where everything is concerned so lets do this." Her feet brought her to the stair system that would lead into the depths of the ruins, a stone network of stairs that spiraled around a center column. Taking out her saber she waited for things to continue and down she went with the saber held at the ready as she waited for the creatures to show themselves.
