When Sage Bane got the Holocall from Tmoxin Temi, he wasn't sure exactly what to expect. If he had to guess, he would have gone with extortion scheme, blackmail or even a dust-up with his brother Cryax, an old enemy of the notorious Hapan. The last thing he expected to hear was that some of the One Sith were attacking members of the Techno Union on Naboo. As Sage faced the Blood Monarch from the bridge of his Wyrrlock-Class Star Destroyer, a tic danced along his jaw, and his eyes flashed red for just a half-second. A slow blink came as the Sith Lord composed himself to speak without raising his voice.

"This news disheartens me, Commander Temi," he said. "Could you give me more details about exactly what happened? And the names of all those involved? The perpetrators as well as the victims?"

He turned and barked an order to Admiral Drea. The crew of the Laughing Dead were to plot a course to Naboo at once.

"In the meantime I'll be there as soon as I am able." An impatient click echoed through the bridge as he cut off the call.

First, Darth Venefica denounced the Dark Lord at the One Sith parliament meeting, and now this? Perhaps it was time to set an even crueler example to those that defied the One Sith. There was far too much biting of the hand that fed lately, and Sage was determined to see to it that the punishment was swift and brutal.

It wasn't until Thais and Vizios passed him that Adekos looked up to watch them go. His gaze followed them throughout the entirety of their journey into the palace. Once they were finally inside, Adekos returned back to his usual business. Just in time, too, a new gaggle of nobility were being dragged into the courtyard by detainment teams. Adekos hoped they would have as much fun witnessing the coronation as he did making sure they arrived in time to witness it. Yet that blather from Blackmoore had grated harshly on his nerves. Adekos was loath to enter a grandstanding contest or start whipping out lightsabers while on the job. This slight would pass for now, but Adekos would remember it for the coming months, in the event an opportunity to lash out at and humiliate his royal majesty presented itself.

Until then, there were more important things to take care of. Like the business of running a transitional government. Sighing, Adekos brought the megaphone back up and continued his litany of instructions. "All recent arrivals are reminded to cooperate with our automated sentries. They are here to assure your safety."

Oh, the monotony of it all. If only [member="Andromeda Versai"] would pop in to make a few posts. Then maybe the ball could continue rolling, as opposed to the spinning in place that was currently going on.

Grabbing a hand, attempting to grasp your own wasn’t unheard, especially with the shock of his blow having numbed my arm. He gripped my wrist and twisted, driving his blade towards the elbow, dancing inside my shoulder block. Well he was really, really fast. Faster than someone using the Force to enhance the speed and quickness of their movements apparently. His blade drove into my elbow, but what it found was not cloth, or thread, but beskar fibers, highly resistant to bladed weaponry. Beskar Agrinium matrices protected the rybcoarse flesh inside. Pain shot up my arm, and blood was drawn from the pressure of the strike, but the suit remain unpierced by the simplistic alchemized blade.

I was going to respond to this attack, but instead he bounced backwards before it really mattered anyway, moving and doing more things than I could while enhanced with Force Speed and increasing my perception of time. It reminded me of a cyborg I had fought on Geonosis. I lifted my injured arm and directed at Mythos. Red lightning arced from my fingertips, gloved in black, tearing through the Force. This was not Sith Lightning in effect though, but draining, drawing on my opposition’s vitality, his strength in the Force, seeking to sap it from him like a leech upon blood.

He rushed again, slashing lightsabers left and right in a whirling motion, but he had done so much and all I had been forced to do was lift a hand. He had flipped a few times, stabbed me, and was now darting forward again. I leapt backwards with a blur, the Force empowering my movements, his blades, not a whirling mass, but still singular straight blades to my eyes as dust and smoke drifted lazily through my perception. He slashed at empty air, moving fluidly from downward strikes, to a back kick that found no purchase, to a wide defensive stance.

''Another one? I didn't expect the One Sith to have such interest in helping a bunch of illiterate local savages. Why are you so eager to meet death alongside them?'' The mention of those words from the count caused a tremor of annoyance to run through Erebos's mind. The tremor quickly turned when a gungan came charging at him as if he hadn't see his display against the count's troops just a few moments ago.
The gungans spear was moved out of the way as it was about to stab into Erebos, seemingly without effort as the same hand that deflected the spear then moved to the gungans neck. The force was so palpable in the air, especially the darkside given all the death happening around him, fueling Erebos so much he could almost taste it. With the force so strong it was easy to move it into his muscles and soon the gungan was grasping at the hand holding the thing off the ground in an iron grip around his throat, then a crack was heard.
Letting go of the gungan Erebos then looked at the other members of the same squad, he guessed, as the one he just killed, spears aiming at him but they were weary. "Should have attacked when you had the chance." He said in an amused tone as he snapped his fingers towards them and the ground suddenly erupted in red lightning, bursting from the ground and frying the gungans were they stood.
<They also seem quite ungrateful too and no I'm not here to meet death. I've met him, wasn't that impressed by him.> He said as he then sent a slight chuckle as he began walking towards the count's position. <I'm here in fact because I wish to face you in a little duel... well to begin with I was content to just stay and watch and only intervene when my friend was about to get himself killed. He's kind of an idiot that way, but he's learning though slowly.> He then sent to the count as he approached the count's position. causing a small shock wave to push both his troops and the gungans away from his approach as he stepped in, creating a small dueling ring for them. "Tell me though I must admit my ignorance to the relations between the techno union and the one sith. Are the one sith and the techno union allies?" He then said as he was in speaking range to the count, his saber not yet drawn as his curiosity over all the information he had gathered over the course of the battle was coming together, his display had made sure the troopers and gungans kept their distance from him, at least for now.
He could feel Nomkineer and Mythos engaged in battles of their own, their positions more like beacons to the eyes of Erebos, as his eyes were in the force.

Nomkneer was gazing eye to eye with Naga and as he was running towards him, they clashed lightsabers. Nomkneer used telekinesis to push Naga back as he dashed forward and pulled him towards Nomkneer he kicked his chest and Naga felled down, Naga flipped backwards and stood on his feet as he was ready to face Nomkneer. Naga started launching fierce attacks to Nomkneer, Nomkneer blocked all the attacks with his dual-wield niman style, Naga is a good acolyte but Nomkneers niman with two lightsabers blocked every single strike from Naga. Nomkneer stepped back and was ready for Naga to commence his offensive, but Naga was waiting for something, Nomkneer isn't very capable when it comes to politics or anything like that, but Nomkneer has perceptive skills that are beyond that of any normal living being.

Nomkneer was carefully studying Naga, and as he did he used his telekinesis to pull out droids and hit Naga from the back, he wanted to see just how good his reflexes are, Naga spinned three sixty and destroyed both droids. Nomkneer dashed from the ground jumped to a titan and used the momentum to jump towards naga with amazing speed. Nomkneer and Naga clashed lightsabers and were using pure strenght to see who could push who back, a titan saw Nomkneer and threw a barrage of blaster shots. Nomkneer jumped, landed on the titan, and used his lightsaber to ease his fall while cutting the titan in half. Nomkneer leaped back and was waiting for Naga to do something, he wanted to see his opponents skills, weaknesses, strenghts and abilities before he would ever dare to recklessly attack Naga.

It was quite nostalgic, when Lord Bane referred to Tmoxin as “Commander Temi." How she missed being on the battlefield in the thick of a chaotic and explosive situation!

And of course he was asking for details about the incident that she didn’t have.

“I will send you the information you require,” she said curtly and ended the holo call.

Tmoxin then hailed her allies who she knew were out on the Great Plains of Naboo subduing whatever uprising was happening, whether it was human, Gungun or other. If they picked up the communication, they would hear the voice of the Hapan executive.

“Commander Vereen and Count Morcus,” she said. “I am aware that there have been reports of Sith on the battle which rages on the plains. I am here to help bring those perpetrators to justice and inquire of identities, details and any injured of the Techno Union. Camera footage would be preferable, but I’ll take names or even likenesses if that’s all you have.”

She ended the communication. If either man were too detained in warfare, her plan B was to program a surveillance droid with the rough coordinates.

But for now, Tmoxin would wait.

The Count blinked. Obviously their duel might avoided peacefully, if he played his cards right. ''The Techno Union maintain a standing alliance with the One Sith, yes. The actions of your fellow here are unprovoked and in breach of said alliance. If you truly wish to aid in the pursuit of justice, try and talk him down. Prove to the Union that his actions are not reflective of the rest of you and your kin.'', the Count said calmly as he stepped forth to face Erebos, lowering his weapon calmly. He then raised his hand to his ear, receiving the communication from Tmoxin. ''I'm dealing with the situation now, Miss Temi. Apparently the Sith leading this assault is acting on his own accord....'', he said with a hint of concern, before returning to Erebos. ''We needn't fight here. This situation seems to be one large political mess. Allow me to introduce myself...'', the Count said, quickly raising his hand and force choking several gungans behind him who'd tried to surprise him during their conversation, before breaking their necks telekinetically. ''...Count Lannis Morcus, Viceroy of Void Station and a politician of sorts among the Techno Union.

A large explosion erupted in the distance as one of the Count's stormtroopers took down a large group of Gungan Honor Guardsman with a well placed rocket, sending great droves of the Gungans fleeing back into the forests. ''Oh dear. It seems we're making a mess...'', the Count said with a smile.

Despite the Kaleesh's attacks Naga still kept his composure he sent lightning at the Kaleesh which would send him flying into several droids. Before Naga started throwing Boomas from near by Gungans at the Kaleesh with Telekinesis. This kaleesh would fight like a warrior and that was good for Naga was going to fight just as hard he will destroy this kaleesh and use his mask as a trophy on his wall. but first this battle must be won then he will skin this kaleesh alive for his betrayal.

Mythos suffered serious burns, and now blasted by something he did not expect. For the First time in their encounter the Dragon of Mandalor unleashed a power Mythos did not expect. Red Lightning? He had seen such a power but it is not the Same, Erebos used such an ability upon the Giant Tuk'ata that they faced in Korriban long ago, yet this Lightning was different, it moved different, it acted differently than Sith Lightning, so when Mythos went to block it with his Lightsaber, he tried to redirect it in the same way that he would Sith Lightning... it did not work.

Blasted back by the Power of the Dragon and feeling his life force slowly dwindling away, it gave Mythos the chance to realize that the Gungan Army was in full retreat back into the Forest... the Battle was lost... He should have made this battle inside the Forest and not an open field... but that was not the purpose of this battle, the purpose of this battle was to show the Mandalorian and Techno Union War machine that they could bleed and to get precious battle experience for his Royal guard...

Both objectives were Achieved...

Now, reluctantly Mythos realized that if he continued to fight in this Exquisite duel, as much as he enjoyed fighting someone as [member="Draco Vereen"], He would die crushed beneath the Might of the Mandalorian War machine and become Paste under the tracks of their tanks.

Backing off and Grabbing a Gungan guard he pulled the Soldier in front of him as he Took the Blast and the Courageous Gungan Guard charged into the Battlefield as Mythos sank into their numbers. He could not help but to laugh in his mind as he sunk into the multitude and turned into a shadow... it was what he was trained to do.

<<We shall meet again Dragon. I am Glad to see the Tales of you were only Mildly exaggerated>>

Within seconds Mythos sunk into the Hordes of Warriors and was yards away from the initial combat, had he been in the position where he was in a serious advantage, he would have made the foolish decision to continue the Battle and subsequently be overrun, it was a great time to put his recklessness and Arrogance aside, one of the few times in his life where he thought with his mind and not with his heart. Pity indeed.

Without much time he met with the Royal guard commanders and signaled the retreat, they would sink into the special points in the battlefield they had been commanded to protect, where Cloaked Ships awaited them for their retreat.

It would not be long before both Mythos and his Guard used the Gungans as Meat Shields to Sink back into the flanks and make a stealthy retreat.

His Body was covered in burns, and now blasted with the Strange lightning, his force abilities would take sometime to return, however under the Elite Bastion of his Royal guards and meat shield of Gungan forces would make his retreat very easy, He was Taught to move as shadow, to dash like wind, to be as the smoke in the air without the need of the force.

Mythos had infiltrated the most highly protected Fortress in Chiss Space without using the Force, now it was time to use those abilities once again, it would not be the last.

"Pull back the Guard, As the Gungans run to the Hills, we run to the ships Make Haste!"
Smiling to [member="Khotaa Abazi"] he winked. The Guard was in full retreat and soon in the Ships bolting from the battlefields being covered by the Fire of the Doppelgangers Lament, the Cortan Blade was also not Far.... he knew next time the Dragon and the Pride faced each other it might be very different... for now. They Ran to the Hills!

(i came up with the idea ^^ Darth Mythos copies lol)

Nomkneer was defending well, even to Nagas lightning attacks, Nomkneer noticed that the gungans were retrieving and all fell apart after that. The tusken raiders were getting demolished without Nomkneers orders to guide them through the war, the mercenaries and bounty hunters, once they saw the gungans fleeing they got into their ships and jumped to hyperspace. Nomkneer was enraged at the outcome of this war, he didn't wanted to be named a traitor, he just wanted to fight, to measure his skills against his own allies of the sith. Nomkneer decided to change the scenery of the battle and told Naga "come and follow, this place is not the right area for our battle to go through, we shall finish this in the forest near by". Nomkneer wanted to test his skills against his acolyte brother Naga, but he will soon find out if he is good or not.

Nomkneer started running towards the forest and Naga went behind, blasters from the titans were being shot and were eradicating tusken raiders left and right, Nomkneer could only watch as his army was being destroyed, its not that he cared for them, its that when your the commander of your own batallion, you make sure you win the war, or get as many you can back alive. This was not one of those two, this was just an ironic display of madness as his allies were being demolished. Nomkneer was sad, and angry, enraged up to the point that as tears shed across his face, his eyes flashed yellow from the hatred toward this outcome. Nomkneer reached the forest, it was dark, also the perfect area to continue the battle between both acolytes. Nomkneer was not gonna give in and he was not gonna let Naga escape without getting a severe beat down from Nomkneer himself, to prove who is the superior acolyte in this battle.

Sad, I was just hitting my stride against the Sith, but if retreat was his goal, I could not stop him. Not amidst all this. But I was also free of him, and ready and able to turn the tide on a larger scale. I turned my attentions to the gungan army, pouring my influence into their minds and casting a look up to the sky.

I could see their fears, their loss, and their sorrows. They were a sorry bunch after all this. The Count’s second wave was arriving, and this was but a small portion of the might the Techno Union had to offer. There had been losses on our side, but that was war. War was mired in death. It was best not to suffer the little things.

Fear, I brought them fear and loathing. In their minds I poured their nightmares, brought them images of the dead and living screaming in agony and pain, so real to them that they could have reached out and touched it. The screams would not stop, the voices they could hear, begging for the end would become a memory to last a life time, the images they saw would haunt the back of their eyelids for as long as they could remember.

A few, those with the weakest wills became frozen with horror, drawing into a fetal position as their comrades fled. More fell into mad panic to escape the well of terror, trampling their brothers and sisters without a second thought. Most of them would escape this day to suffer for years what I showed them.

<There will be more.>

Naga pursued the Kaleesh into the forest the Kaleesh made a mistake here..the darkness was his territory the moment they entered the forest Naga was gone all trace of him was gone it was like he just vanished into thin air. The Kaleesh wouldn't be able to sense him at all the moment they entered the forest, Naga leaped from tree to tree with silence in his wake. When he was close enough Nomkneer would get struck by a powerful bolt of lightning but it'd be hard to find where it came from as naga moved per strike. In the shadows naga was invisible to this one the Kaleesh made a mistake traversing into this place with him as his opponent.

The Dark Jedi nobleman came back loud and clear through Tmoxin's commlink, letting her know he was dealing with the very situation she required intelligence on.

"My dear Count Morcus, I apologize for the intrusion," she said, feeling abashed that she had interrupted him on the battlefield. “Carry on with your operation.”

Tmoxin opened a small compartment on The Sovereign Stingray and pulled out an AC1 Surveillance Droid.

She programmed it with the coordinates to the Great Plains of Naboo. Once activated, it hovered into the air and followed the Hapan executive until she opened her hatch. Then it zig-zagged out onto the Theed walkways and presumably towards the plains.

Tmoxin sat down at her viewscreen to wait until the droid was in range of the plains. This took about thirty minutes - she caught up on the HNN financial news in the meantime - but eventually she saw the battle in question. Pressing a few buttons on her console, she maneuvered the stealthy, little droid so that it surreptitiously examined the commanders and higher-ranking officers. Snapping as many pictures as she could, all of what she captured was sent back to her holounit. Including those black, billowing robes and crimson lightsabers. Such a dead giveaway.

Fifteen minutes was all that she needed to recover well enough from that sprint across the Great Plains. Luckily the freighter that she had hired was just a kilometre out. So she headed towards it.

Whether her attack on the Mythosaur worked or not, Kay was unaware. There was too much firepower heard from that direction to know for sure. And someone, a friend it felt like, took her from danger before she could even see. She was vastly out-gunned. What good would a small blaster and possibly defective Mandolorian weapons do to massive titans from space? Absolutely nothing. She was but a flea to them.

But it seemed as though help had arrived from other governments. The Darkside was ever present and normally she wasn't strong enough to feel it from far away, but there was too much of it to miss. Sticking around would not be wise.

Once at her freighter, either with her bodyguard [member="stardust"] or not, Kay got on board and got her pilot to prepare them to leave in the same route they took to arrive; fly low to a fair distance, almost to the other side of the planet, and then leave the atmosphere and punch the freighter into hyperspace.

Mandalorian Warriors struggled against the oppressive weight of the gungan forces, hacking at them with beskads, and devouring them in great gouts of flame and death, and tearing at them tooth and nail. They outnumbered the Mandalorians by far, but the droids we supported held superior numbers and potency. Always outnumbered, never outgunned seemed to be the motto of Clan Vereen’s noble Aliit’Verd.

Sir, the gungans are fleeing into the forests, but they have suffered immense casualties.” Aten said over the comm channels, “Should we pursue?

No, we are not without losses of our own. Regroup, form death squads and get the area cleared for landing the second wave. We will scour the forests for them later. Call in the airsupport to help us secure the area.

Yes sir, there is still fighting at the rear of the column and skirmishes all around us, plus the clean up.

I nodded at this information. “Keep the focus on securing an LZ right here. Once the next wave of the good Count’s droids arrive there won’t be any skirmishes.

The palace was beautiful, however it was also locked down in certain places. Clearly the Techno Union was still working to consolidate its power on Naboo. Rather than cause too many scenes Xander led the way around the palace. He was taking his own tour with the princess, and did not really know where he was going. She was after something, and he figured she'd speak up if they came by whatever it was she was after.

Xander's wrist dinged, more that the device on his wrist dinged. A new ship had dropped from hyperspace, and landed near his yacht. The hangar had been full to a degree, but it seemed another had managed to identify an open bay. Xander was forced to smirk when he realized who the ship belonged to, then again it turned to a frown. Why would Tmoxin be on Naboo unless something was the matter? Shrugging it off, Xander continued on. If there was an issue he needed to be aware, he was certain he would be contacted. The King was a Sith Assassin first after all.

In the middle of a sentence, Adekos' voice cut out. The megaphone had ceased functioning. "What in the blazes?" Adekos muttered, turning the device over in his hand. Scowling in annoyance, he unfastened the back compartment and inspected the power supply. Just as he suspected- the battery had died. Apparently encouraging the Naboo to drop whatever jewelry they brought with them into the confiscation boxes had been taxing for the appliance. This would never do. Without his voice, how would these people know where to line up? How would they stay informed of the Techno Union's benevolence? It was a crisis waiting to happen. Someone would have to take care of this immediately if there would ever be hope of the Techno Union securing this planet for good.

"You!" He whirled around, looking towards a startled Obsidian neophyte. She flinched. "Bring me a new battery. This one is dead."

She caught the battery as it was tossed to her and ran off to find a new one. She found it unlikely that there would be a spare in this general area if Adekos had not already bothered to bring one, but she was in no position to contest the order. Deprived of his megaphone, Adekos turned back around, clasped his hands behind his back, and continued to survey the crowded plaza. Judging by the dominion's post count, the coronation would officially have to happen off screen. A real shame, that. There was going to be all sorts of political banter and skulduggery.

Oh well.

Unless we fast forward towards the part where [member="Lucien Cordel"] stands before the Princess of Theed saying his greetings. There was a soft jingle of Andromeda's headdress, the rubies and diamonds lightly shaking as she would incline her head. Her lips were a straight line, as were her shoulders.

She had to move forward. She had to look to the future. For Naboo. For her people.

While the young Princess knew that her time was at a countdown, the least she could do while she still had breath was ensure that the safety and security of her world would stay. She could groom another once ..

Well, that was for another time.

The introduction would give a name to the High Lord of the Techno Union before her.

"Greetings Lord Cordel," she would say with a seemingly calm, but carefully terse voice. It was time.

Cobra gunships descended from the sky, laser cannon bolts streaking downward occasionally at small pockets of gungans that had not been rendered helpless by my telepathic assault. Mandalorian warriors were still stuck on small melee’s here and there, and the great grass plains were heaped with the bodies of the dead and dying, piles of destroyed droids, and the smoking ruins of numerous tanks. Even the Mythosaur had been downed earlier in the battle while I had fought the over inflated ego of Mythos. Clan Vereen had suffered a blow here, but we would survive.

Wounded were being carried to the Cobra gunships as they unloaded fresh troops, Gorran among them. The wookiee’s massive form towered over head and stalked through the battlefield, stomping on wounded gungans he passed as he approached.

In his language, he growled out a question. <How many more warriors should we call down, Aliit’Buir?>

None, Gorran. The warriors we have left will be plenty to supplement the Count’s auxilia and droid army. They will be pulling the leg work from this point out.

The wookiee grumbled, but nodded and waved to his warriors, having them corral around the ruins of the Mythosaur, some of its systems still operational, so it remained the forward command center. “And find me a medic. My arm is still bleeding.
