Asking for help in making a weapon

I am wanting to create a lightsaber resistant sword for [member="Kaitlyn Solay"] to use while she is assisting the Jedi as one of their rangers. Something a kin to this so she can look like this and go badass on those we fight against.

I have no experience in doing such a thing and would appreciated any help in this endeavor.

[member="Kaitlyn Solay"] we have some nice materials. For a sword I would recommend phrik and aurodium we could use to have it be nice.

[member="Valiens Nantaris"] Hmm… Well maybe the sword could be made by [member="Phylis Alince"] since we do have some history to a degree… and [member="Kaitlyn Solay"] and [member="Willa Isard"] can gather the other material to make more weapons for the Antarian Rangers. Kaitlyn also has two matching daggers for melee combat that could be made out of phrik and aurodium perhaps.
