like, are we in visual range yet? My maximum range for turbo-laser analog/fire rock shooter things is 60 km.... so like, are we at least closing in on that distance?

I think [member="The Shadow King"] and [member="Solan Charr"] actually wre going to use long range turbo's in their next posts due to the entrances being on opposite sides of the planet and accounting for the ability to move into correct firing angles.
