VlPER
Victory is mine!
Viper had allowed everyone else to go in, and brought up the rear of the group. After getting back to his feet, he brought out a handy piece of cave equipment that he made himself since he could find a prebuilt one. Withdrawing a simple flashlight, he slip it into a hole he had strategically placed in his hood. Ne he had a makeshift headlamp. Turnng his lightsaber on, he let the tip of the active blade drag along the floor behind them. Periodically he'd stop and put an arrow in the line pointing back the way they came. No sense getting lost.
He was taken aback when...Johnny was it?, yelled for Kana to stop. He said something about "bad mojo", but no real clue as to what it could be down there. As the group moved on, he lingered by the offshoot cave. Johnny was probably right...he should stick with the group. But, something was very tantalizing about this direction. Maybe it was his almost insatiable curiosity. He did tend to ave a problem with being told no and then doing it anyway...but then that usually happened when there was no reason for the no.
This was another one of those examples. The group got farther away, but the cave seemed to call to him. He was left torn with returning to the group, or going in alone...
Edit: After much deliberation, he gave one last look to the departing group, and quietly headed down the other way to see what it was. He did make sure to keep his flashlike forward and his saber activated though. Just in case.
