"For you sweetheart," Kaul said smirking. "You'll get something better! A kiss on the lips by yours truly!" It was a bold thing to say but he knew that Neli will take it in stride. Besides, they were coming back for a second date. It didn't need to be a kiss now considering that he and Neli only met for a few hours.

"How will you even shank me?" Kaul said mockingly scratching his chin. "I mean I've heard that Holofans charges a lot of creds for a pic of a pretty face like yours."

Kaul winked at Neli before laughing. "Seriously," Kaul said. "It'll be nice to fly with a pic of someone cares for me." Besides his wingmates, the only other person who showed some interest in Kaul was Neli. They may not see each other for a while, but long-distance relationships were the perfect band-aid fix. "Now say cheese," Kaul said hold up his Holophone.

Neli raised both brows at him for his promise, "I'll hold you to it." she responded like it was some kind of challenge.

"Like this" she answered his shank question jabbing a hand at his stomach, though not even close to as hard or fast as she could while laughing. "And if you're selling, I better get a cut. It's my pretty face after-all." she joked again.

Actually, a lot of this had been joking around, barring the familial matters she supposed. His comment about having a pic of someone who cared for him honestly sounded just a little sad at first but still she made sure to give a smile for the camera as he took the pic.

"Now just don't go down with the fighter with that pic in there or someone will have to put you in one of those war holos. And then I'll haunt your ghost out of spite when I die." she threatened.

Kaul chuckled when Neli faked punched him, it was fun having somebody who doesn't take life too seriously. It helped that Neli was a smoking bombshell. "I'll make sure that you're well paid in McYoda's coupons," Kaul laughed. "If you get just enough coupons, you'll receive a free happy meal along with a kid's toy!"

So, this how it feels to be an "official" couple. It was pretty an unusual meetup compared to his other relationships but none of Kaul's previous first dates were as successful as the one he had with Neli. Was she the one? It's too early to tell, but it was nice to be in a relationship after a long grueling war and at least Kaul can have someone to fight for similar to those cheesy, romantic war Holofilms that he watches whenever he was bored. A quick snap later, and Kaul stared at Neli's pic, his mouth drooping down just a bit. "Boy do you have a smile," Kaul laughed. "I'll make a physical copy Neli, I'll be sure to think of you, when I have time of course."

He gave Neli a chuckle.

"Ah yes, just what I always wanted, cheap plastic!" she responded cheerfully. She certainly joked with the crew but it wasn't quite so constant nor was there as much casual discussion. Real discussion anyway, the kind she had with her mom, or her moms droid Zepher. She kind of missed him too even if he was a nuisance since he was he babysitter half the time, or, bodyguard that wouldn't let her leave rather.

"Well I can't even remember your name, Paul." she responded repeating the mock haughtiness again and tossing him another shove on the shoulder, "We'll figure out another time to meet. Find something to do other than wander creepy alleys and eat at mcyoda's though." she said pointing to him and putting the duty to find something off her side of things.
