Cats and Crows

Kobayashi finally pulled away, resting his head on the ground. His lower lip was down in what passed for a smile from him, and he gently ran a clawed finger down Morrigan's spine. Despite the fact that his mind had gone completely out the window, he was still conscious of the fact that her scent was driving him crazy.

"You know... I could get used to that. It's been a while since anybody cared enough to do it."

Morrigan couldn't help but shudder a tiny bit when Koby's claw traced part of her spine. Her back had always been her most sensitive area, next to her wings of course. She smiled down at him and traced his cheek bones with her fingers.
"I could get used to giving you that. For someone who claims not to have had any real experience, you kiss very nicely."
She continued to look into his beautiful blue eyes. They were the kind of blue that you could just get lost in.

Kobayashi put his arm around Morrigan's shoulders, carefully avoiding her wings, and leaned up until his nose was touching hers. His hair playfully ran itself over her cheek, and his tail was wagging slightly.

"I was already seventeen when I got captured and, ah, repurposed. Plenty of time for practice, Morrigan."

Morrigan chuckled a little, kissing the tip of his nose and scratching his head.
"I learned for the first time when I was fourteen. A handsome little devil, really. But not too bright. I was head-over-heels, of course. But then, he left.... I never saw him again."
Morrigan drifted into a sad memory for a moment. One of a crying girl with her first broken heart. The pain had been so fresh and unexpected...
She blinked, snapping back to the present.
"Sorry. Depressing thoughts. Killing the mood."

Kobayashi put his clawed index finger under Morrigan's chin, and tilted it up a little bit so that her face was level with his. With his eyebrows raised, he gave the bird-woman a squeeze.

"You can talk about whatever you want to, Miss Bird Queen. I can lie here and listen."

[member="Morrigan"]

"Oh, they were just pesky memories. Not very important, and a very long time ago. You'd just get bored, and I'd just feel stupid..."
Morrigan wasn't one for touchy subjects like that. Sure, she blew it off as little, but when it came right down to it, they still had a big effect on her life. The most profound ones were still burned into her head. She could still feel every emotion she felt, relive every choice she made. Sometimes they were good things. But most often, they were bad.

Kobayashi shook his head and put his unclawed hand on Morrigan's cheek. He leaned up and gently kissed her again, for a couple of seconds.

"Don't hold your emotions -or 'boring' stories- back on my account. I've probably talked to you more in a couple of hours than I have to anybody else in a month. I'm just like that."

Morrigan leaned down so that their foreheads were touching, smiling warmly.
"How touching that I was able to loosen your tongue. Shall I do it again?"
Her thick black wings flapped twice, shielding much of the light from the sun from their forms.

Kobayashi reached his hands around Morrigan as her wings closed over them, and held her close, feeling her warmth. His fur stood up and brushed against her as he emitted a low purr.

"I hope you mean that literally."

[member="Morrigan"]

"Allow me to enlighten you..."
Morrigan brought her mouth to his again, a kind of dance between their lips. She laced her fingers through his hair, pressing herself ever closer to him.
[member="Dōkeshi"]

Kobayashi relaxed a lot as Morrigan pressed herself in on him. He could deal with this, far better than he could deal with talking about himself. He kept the low purr up while their lips locked, and let it reverberate through the Force. Even when he came up for air, he still kept his fur touching her cheek, and he held her close. Closer than he'd ever held anything.

"You're one crazy girl, Morrigan. Gonna have to put up with me for a good while."

The writer strokes her chin in thought for a moment. Excellent. Everything was going as planned. But now, what to post? It was obvious that Morrigan and Kobayashi had hit it off quite flawlessly, and that a relationship would no doubt follow. That wasn't what she was concerned with, however. It was more a matter of whether or not this thread in particular should continue. So, she decided to consult with Koby's writer on this issue. She stuck her head through the screen.
"So, yeah, you wanna end it here or what? I mean, we could start another one or something..."

The Lord of Time and Space writer at the keyboard of the ten-year-old Crapbook simply nodded. He agreed that the two people that were flailing about in the story were doing well.

"Yes, but where should we throw them, now? MWAHAHAHAHA..."

And the lightning flashed across his evil visage

:devil:

"Hmmm.... How about a place where the kitty's always falling, and Morry always uses her wings to stop said falling?"
(Oh GOD, what am I doing? :roll: )

"'Look, I don't have to watch my step. I have feline instincts, and cats always land o-*falls*'. I can see it now..."
(How can this be... *sighs, head throbbing* :p)
