People need to Roleplay weaknesses a lot better. Far to often I see unbalanced sheets. I've yet to see a character on the forums that's "Physically weak" for their gender or race; or even painfully average. And I'm sure there are a few people like that, but it really needs to be addressed more. Strength isn't the only thing being abused. Most of the weaknesses I see are along the lines of stubborn, or introverted, etc etc. Things that are actually good weaknesses include arachnophobia, a fear of heights, poor hand-eye coordination, racism/bigotry, alcoholism, addiction. Things that can have substance. I just don't see it RPed enough on the forums.

I've been RPing Mak for over ten years now, and the interesting weaknesses, the REAL weaknesses I've seen that become problems, are those that are real life issues. These are things that fleshed out over the years, where Mak's become a bad alcoholic, addicted to smoking, someone who has refused to look to others for help where it has nearly cost him his life, etc.

These are the weaknesses that are interesting, because while they may not be the traditional view of "my character is weak in using the Force" or "my character isn't that great of a pilot," they add more weight to who they are, with how they interact with others.

Lenna is a survivor and paranoid, two very crippling traits on her character. You can count on her to act with her own best interest in mind and to not trust anyone else except for herself. Which, as you can imagine, doesn't create, or keep, a lot of friendships.

I haven't been able to write her much to display some of her dysfunctional workings, but the girl probably needs a full time shrink.

glad to be that kooky,odd spacer thats about 60% droid. a weirdo, talks to droids as friends, and is a huge coward, average at brawling and overall just an unlucky son of a hutt. nothing too fancy just a real piece of work. i just like strange characters like that. their unappealing features just make them more fun to me

The amount of care and affection she holds for children is rarely ever seen, given how she rarely really ever shows the true side of her during her normal business endeavors.
