I would like to create a roleplay with someone in Intelligence or a high ranking member, if someone has the free time and availability. They will not be roleplaying with my character, but a NPC, someone covering for me. Initially it may be through a Holonet message or otherwise. Nothing will happen on my side (i.e. no spying/snooping/killing). It's for a chat, someone wants to come into contact with the Galactic Alliance. The topic will be determined when meeting (meaning the contact may not show up or leave if feels uncomfortable). The contact is of unknown faction-relations and the message will not have links.

I am in need of a high ranking personnel, does not need to be one of the three leaders, as I am sure they are busy. Someone in intelligence or a military ranking. I need a roleplay to discuss a meeting with negotiations.The grounds for this negotiation; to save lives.
Nothing will need to be set in stone, the negotiations can be made, the high ranking GA can send the message on to those who would make such critical decisions, and then later at some point in time get back to me. Should be a simple meeting, does not need to be extensive. This would be a secret meeting, but you can come to the meeting however you like. Come with an army? Sure...

Yeah sure. I mean, Empire, if they have dark siders won't get an alliance with the GA, because thats not typically how we roll, but if it doesn't break that rule, go nuts.
