SSB Auction - But I have to build three unique submissions for three individual writers, some of which already require development threads. I feel this should count because hard work is going into it and IC it is spreading the company's brand and reputation.

The contract portion is for your company to grow, not contracting out for others. Coalesce would not count for that in that sense as a contract for RDDI. If anything, this would have counted as a contract for companies with the Red Ravens. If anything, this can count as a misc thread instead of a contract.
