Rationale: Before appearing a few months ago from his Universe, Valashu had learned quite a bit about monetary values, profits, and losses. Through this, upon entering Chaos, he made haste to learn of the Galactic economy. In doing so he came upon the once grand Merr-Sonn Munitions. Instantly, he made bids, all with the understanding that this place, this Universe, was a place he could change his life. In purchasing the corporation, he had opened the chance to creating a good life; as well as helping the Galaxy as whole while making a nice profit.

JAC, James Armor Companies, was originally funded and paid for by Zaiden James. It was small at first, growing in size quickly, thanks in part to the inheritance that came upon finding he was a Count of Coruscant.

The new and improved Merr-Sonn Inc, is a combination of the two. With heavy teachings in many styles of war aesthetics, the money to do such was easily found on both sides.

Description:
Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc., also known as MSM, was one of the three top weapons manufacturers in the Galaxy, during the time of the New Republic, falling only slightly below BlasTech in total revenues.

Merr-Sonn had been in existence for thousands of years and first began its rise to power during the Great Sith Wars and the Mandalorian Wars during both of which the company sold weapons to the Mandalorians. Merr-Sonn did well again during the Clone Wars, providing weapons and equipment to the CIS and the Galactic Republic. The company was neutral during the Galactic Civil War—because its holdings were very widely spread out—and remained highly autonomous during the New Republic.

The company boasted a huge line of personal and vehicle weapons in addition to artillery and starship weapons, electronic targeting systems, and personal defenses. Subsidiary companies produced everything from heavy artillery to siege weapons. They also rounded off their product line with electronic sights, armor, and other targeting equipment.

But then Gulag Virus struck, and what remained it seemed, would never again regain title of a powerhouse in the galaxy. It dwindled until nearly nothing could be done without fighting amongst owners, investors, and workers. Eventually however it would be sold, despite the wishes of its owners.

After passing around for a time, a man, known as Valashu Bonkai, would spend the required monetary value to purchase the entirety of the organisation. With such he also gained rights to weapons crafted by them, their vehicles, basically all things owned by or made by them. Next came the move.

Leaving behind all of the factories and warehouses once used, Valashu believed it best to start over, moving the headquarters to Tera Lush. Once there, he also established a small factory on the some what distant Val'hala, as means to keep shipments easier to other factions and people alike!

After getting the ball rolling, making a bigger name for himself, Valashu befriended a slightly higher up Exec. Damien Daemon. The owner of JAC was at first gruff, and though it took a bit, they became somewhat close allies. After such a relation came to a head, Damien confided in Valashu that he was utterly tired of the life style. He didn't wish to simply give up everything he called his own, but at current he had something big in the works, and so the deal was laid on the table.

Everything that JAC had, would be gifted to Merr-Sonn through the merger: land, warehouses, rites, contracts, even their fleet. Under the pretext that Valashu allowed Damien the continued steady income. Valashu would appear the sole owner, while Damien maintained half parental rights.

Corporation Name: Clan Vereen Mercenary Corps

Rationale: As the Alit'Buir of Clan Vereen Draco decided to Incorporate the small paramilitary force under his command into a powerful corporate organization based on influencing the areas of the galactic market Mandalorian Culture traditionally commanded. Using funds from ArmaTech Combat Systems, now ArmaTech Industries, had always occurred. In fact the Clan thrived because of the massive corporate backing. Now having been loosely organized into its own company as a Subsidiary the men and women of Clan Vereen can be more easily contracted by private industries seeking discrete, or even brute force, military assistance. Now, the Clan as a whole owns the Corporation, with the upper echelons of the hierarchy doubling as the board of directors, with the Aliit'buir, whoever they may be acting as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer.

Description:
The Clan Vereen Mercenary Corps are a specialized Paramilitary force focusing on acquisitions of rare materials from hostile territory, capture of wanted individuals, securing enemy fortifications, and destroying enemy emplacements. There is no fortress that is impenetrable, all you need is the proper payment and the right contract the warriors of Clan Vereen serve any and all willing to pay. From small bounties taken by an individual to entire planets liberated from fascist regimes, there is no job too big or too small.

Unlike its wealthy benefactor, Clan Vereen is far more barbaric, even sometimes down right criminal in its exploits. Acts of war are seen as every day occurrences, and thus Mandalorians are the best choice for such jobs. Most of the Clan is dispersed with few meeting places outside of the fortress on Concordia. Often groups will take a small space station to a sector when launching raids and remain until they are forced to leave or the spoils have run dry. Other such times they will be hired as protection, for it is better to pay them a fraction than pay for the damages they cause.

Most often they are deployed as auxiliaries to other military forces acting as the tip of the spear, the shock troops to breach the gates, the army designed to hammer the enemy and leave before the enemy can rally enough forces to stop them. Softening the enemy is their specialty, as they are often heavily outnumbered.

Rationale
The Carrion Company, predecessor of Carrion Company Contracting, was founded by Arlan Zy'rosh at the age of twenty-three. The group had began as a band of brigands and mercenaries, willing to accept any job if enough credits were offered, and continued as such for many years. Eventually disbanded by Arlan himself after years of service, The Carrion Company was reformed after a two year hiatus with a new set of goals and morals governing it. The result of which was the founding of Carrion Company Contracting, a private security firm in which the members of The Carrion Company accepted security details from various patrons.
Description
The inception of The Carrion Company came about several years ago during the turbulent era of Arlan Zy'rosh's youth. Initially a mercenary company headed by Arlan, The Carrion Company was disbanded under the assumption that it had long ran it's course. Soon thereafter, however, The Carrion Company was revived by Arlan Zy'rosh with a new purpose in mind. No longer would it act as a gun-for-hire organization, no, it would lay down stakes and become a legitimate law-abiding security contracting firm. Since then, under the leadership of Arlan, Carrion Company Contractors was founded and named the official business of The Carrion Company.
Operating primarily within the Outer Rim of the Galaxy, Arlan believed it was prudent to set up base in a secluded be fairly accessible location. Having spent time on Rutan in his youth Arlan directed The Carrion Company in establishing it's head quarters in the vast plains thereon. While relations with the Rutanians were spotty at first, The Carrion Company coming in and setting up without forewarning, peace was eventually brokered. Arlan explained to the Rutanians the benefits of working together, offering the aided protection of Rutan from his forces should trouble arise. After debate and consideration the Rutan King finally accepted. With a location from which to stage their endeavors and recruit new members, The Carrion Company slowly grew. Though numbers still small many brave young men and women, and many Rutanians, joined the ranks of The Carrion Company seeking fame and wealth. Though to Arlan Carrion Company Contracting is just a means to an end the blossoming business has, against all odds, grown into something noteworthy.
Still a very small operation, despite it's growth, Carrion Company Contracting presently operates at maximum efficiency within key sectors of the Outer Rim. Expansion in terms of strength, funding, and territory, are key driving points for the firm and it's leadership, points they press religiously. Their primary operations at present include, but are not limited to, anti-piracy campaigns, freighter escorts, slaver deterrents, and the hunting of smugglers. Undertaking such task in a part of the Galaxy that breeds such people produces constant threat to The Carrion Company, but under the direction of Arlan Zy'rosh it is something members must endure. While the future for the firm may well seem bleak, one can rest assured knowing should it go down it will certainly do so fighting.

Rationale: Since the end of the reign of Darth Vader and Emperor Palpitine, the QFDVEC has struggled for the past 800 years, even more so now with recent events. The QFDVEC had struggled once the CIS had been absorbed by the empire, now even more since the Rebels had overthrow the empire. Struggling on for several years by selling products to several generations of mercenaries and bounty hunters the old QFDVEC barely made ends meets. Now at it's all time low, the QFDVEC was a dying company looking for new leadership in order to revitalize the corporation. Iockui Admaun, the son of a wealthy Quarren banker, purchased the dying company with a loan from his father.

Tier: 2

Description: The QFDVEC is an independent manufacturer of ships and weapons attached to said ships. The QFDVEC accepts contracts of any kind, private or public and will sell from the most basic of citizens to any major government. The QFDVEC currently mines for a majority it's own materials, the more rare materials are purchased. The QFDVEC does not mine on any planets it has locations on. The QFDVEC is currently a neutral company waiting for a large contract. It's current funds are average. The QFDVEC is run by a descendant of the QFDVEC's original owner's during the galactic war between the CIS and the Republic. The QFDVEC has sold most of it's equipment to stay 'in the black' and when the company was acquired by Iockui it had little to no modern day equipment. The QFDVEC's first goal is to modernize old models of ships.

Iockui has spent the past two years re-building and preparing the company for contracts with major factions. The QFDVEC had fallen through the cracks of sales after the collapse of the CIS and shortly thereafter, The Empire. Fallen from what would easily be considered a Tier V company at their height with the CIS, now to a Tier I, Iockui bought them for a steal and has spent the first two years, throwing product ideas around and upgrading centuries old equipment.

After some time, the company was acquired by Aurora Industries and Taeli Raaf in an auction, whereupon she placed the company under the direction of [member="Tesh Aquer"] to run it in her stead, and allowing him a great amount of freedom in the projects he would be working on and how he plans to expand the company.

Rationale: Liquidizing her five percent of her shares of a tier four company known as Arakyd Industries and owning her late lovers tier two company Sinners Clothing, Patricia had enough money to begin investing in herself. Using the majority of her saving she founded Reclaimer Arms & Industrial to provide the galaxy with new technology and gradual advancements.

Description: The days of good and evil, light and dark are gone. Now the galaxy is painted in shades of grey that make taking a moral stand on issues more difficult, we live in a galaxy where sith create orphanages and provide humanitarian aid. Where nations needlessly slaughter millions then turn around to preach freedom, but through it all violence is always at it's core. Make no mistake violence is a terrible thing, but it is a daily necessity of the environment we live in. A sub-sequential fact of reality, and where there is violence there are always weapons in the hands of those who wish to do harm to the innocent, to those who can not defend themselves. Those who perish beneath the boots of waring galactic nations.

And this is what Reclaimer Arms & Industrial is, a company for the people. Whether it's buying a pistol for home defense or arming a militia to protect a city, Reclaimer is for the people of the galaxy. To ensure the every day person has a fighting chance to face the monsters at their doors and protect their family.

Reclaimer will produces everything for the common man, security droids or vehicles this company will sell anything to any civilian. There is a chance that weapons sold can be used for nefarious purposes this is why every customer is given a extensive background test and required to undergo a quick mental health exam via the holonet.

And while Reclaimer is not against the idea of military contracts for galactic nations it stands firmly on the side of morality and doing the right thing. This means contracts with dark side based nations or factions will be denied. Using the facilities purchased on Largen City on Relovian a world rich with resources this company has a good head start on producing weapons and gear for the galaxy's people. Weapons and vehicles Reclaimer can produce them and sell at affordable prices for the every day citizen.

The goals for this company is to become as large as possible and spread their influence across the galaxy and provide it's citizens with safety through superior firepower. Humanitarian work is also very important to the company and they will provide relief aid to any warzone or disaster area when given the call. Reclaimer is all about doing what is right.
Rationale: With all the armor being created by Reclaimer it only makes sense to expand into armor production. And with its upgrade to tier three it has the capacity to start producing on a minor/mass scale
