The issue with using a Map is? I personally think it makes for a good bit of a tactically angle to the RP. Just because it may be fluff not normally used doesn't make it bad fluff.

The issue with the map is that the GR sprang it on us the day of the invasion, and whether they intended this or not, the terrain gives them an unfair advantage, especially given where they've attempted to place us. For people who already posted their NPC loadouts, their walkers would have a hard time navigating over that terrain, and once NPCs are posted, we are not allowed to change them.

It's not the map itself that is the problem per se. It's the placement of our forces as well as the timing of the map's distribution. Every other invasion I've been in, maps like this have been made public prior to the invasion so that writers have time to prepare accordingly.

Thus, we are making following the map optional. You can follow if you want, but we feel that writers should not feel forced to.

You should probably make a Skype, if anything just to be a part of planning for this stuff.

It's a lot easier when we can just strategize together : D

I want to, trust me but like I said,nothing I use is compatible with Skype. The kindle I have won't even let me download it.
