| STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES |

[+] Blunt As A Hammer - Ivum is a very straightforward person. He will not sweeten anything for anyone. Not even his millions of younger sisters.

[+] Double The Odds - As a boy, Ivum spent most of his time running back and forth between his mother and father. From his mother, he learned to fight as the Epicanthix did and he studied various manuscripts from dusk to dawn under her watchful eye. From his father, he learned a good portion of what it means to be Mandalorian. He also learned much of what he knows currently in regards to lightsaber combat and the Force.

[+] Family First - Ivum has always had a strong connection to his father and his many sisters. It is because of that bond that he would do just about anything to protect them, if he was able to do so.

[-] Well Then... - His straightforward nature is often off-putting and regarded as rude to those who are unaquincted with the man.

[-] Oh, Was That My Cue? - He lacks empathy for those that are outside of his family and, sometimes, those within it. He may hurt a few feelings every now and then. He doesn’t seem to care too much. If he does, he doesn’t show it.

[-] One Thing Leads To Another And... - His mind jumps to the worst possible conclusion at times. It causes him to be a bit overprotective of those he holds dear.

| HISTORY |

Zellen Daltha is the firstborn son of [member="Darth Metus"] and an Epicanthix Sith who went by the name of Darth Vera. Through the majority of his childhood and early adolescence, he spent his time almost equally between the guiding hand of his mother and the callous hand of his father.

From his mother, he learned basic and advanced types of Epicanthix combat. It began with hand-to-hand combat and progressed to staffs, and dull blades, and training sabers. From her, he also learned to appreciate art, in all of its various forms. The boy became most fascinated with the studies of the Sith that he often snooped around to find in his mother's personal collection. Once he began to study those tomes and manuscripts, he'd write them down and ask his father about him later, knowing that his father would likely be more tolerant towards his son's piqued curiosity.

From his father, he gained his sense of discipline, honor, and duty. He learned to respect everything and everyone, even if he did not particularly like said thing or being. His melee combat that was learned from his mother was always being built upon, and even re-taught, by his father. It was Metus that pushed the boy to his limits all throughout his life, directly and indirectly. He was a firm hand on Zellen's back and for the longest time, it didn't bother him at all. The boy was, and still is, quite close to his father.

But, as with any young person, it came time for Ivum to move past his familial bonds and grow as any Force-sensitive being should. The years of traveling with his father and sisters ceased. His days of running and jumping and playing with his beloved siblings halted all at once. Zellen wasn't a child anymore, he couldn't afford to be. He left his comforting home and his father and young siblings to seek out a Master to train him in the ways of the Dark Side of the Force. It took nearly a year, but, finally, he was chosen by a Human Sith Lord.

His Master taught the impressionable Near-Human various things that he knew and a plethora of information that he had never known up until that very moment. When it became apparent that Zellen had no interest in being a Sorcerer, though he had the capacity for such a talent, his Master began to study his Apprentice closely.

Every movement he made, every twitch, every flinch, and every reflex was meticulously scrutinized before, during, and after their daily sparring bouts. Combat became his mode of expression, and his Master harnessed and built a warrior upon that assertion. It clicked within the boy. Combat was his talent. It felt... right. He understood it to be what it truly was. It was a dance, an often fatal symphony of footwork and extension. The blade became apart of his arm, seemingly fused to his hand as a way of claiming the man for itself.

It was - is - a balance. Every motion moved with an amazing spectacle of fluidity, the blade arched to create an equilibrium within his body. Weapon and limb worked in perfect synchronization to exhibit an elegant yet deadly skit that ended when the man could no longer support the weight of his own body after a long day and night of training.

Under his Master's tutelage, he learned both Djem So and Juyo. Both took years to get the level at which his Master saw as worthy of a future Knight of the Sith. Once he made those forms decent through diligent practice, he began to experiment with them to find his own, personalized style of combat.

Years pass by and Zellen decides to return home. He returned as a new christened Knight by the name of Darth Ivum. He wondered if his sisters would remember him. Would they even recognize the man he'd become? More importantly, what would his father think of his son now that he finally returned after so many years?
