Her eyes drifted momentarily to the clouds passing above them before she turned her attention to Aitis as he stood. "Wise words. Suppose it is about time that I take such a step." Spoken with a vibrant smile, to burying the pain of standing beneath it. It was easier to keep the pain just beneath the surface, out of the way for anyone but herself. The last thing she wanted was pity, of different treatment because of it. Normal, that's all she wanted was for people to see beyond the disability of the disease, to see her at her core. Unfortunately a difficult task when most only see the pain after they became aware of her condition.

"Ossus has been my home, born and raised but never stepped inside." Even untrained, she couldn't help but sense the contentment and peace in the aura around him, as he spoke about the Academy. Taking in a deep breath, his aura seemed to have a positive effect on her as she visibly relaxed as she exhaled slowly. "I can't wait to see what is inside." Maybe, just maybe Amnell needed a subtle push towards the Jedi as a whole. She never knew that life could even be slightly within her grasp and now, she had a chance. For her part she needed to see this.
