Didn't Sign Up? You can still join the PVP battle

I'm not too familiar with the event because I've not engrossed myself in its' creation, but I would venture to guess that if some folks end up dropping out of those pre-organized threads that positions may be open to fill for people who missed out in the beginning. That would be my guess anyway, but it's worth asking [member="Irajah Ven"] if that's something people would like.

I can't speak for exceptions to the battle and fleet threads, since those aren't my section.

But here is what we are doing for the DM thread-

If you did not sign up for the DMed thread and want to participate, you may PM the DM of the section you wish to join.

Each DM has full authority to decide if someone may join without having signed up. There is no appeal process as it depends on the status of the story and if it is possible to work something in.

The reason why 3 of the four required signup is very simple.

Threads 1 + 2 required fleets/armies to be approved beforehand and allocated to different areas. Doing so requires balancing the NPC forces. Also, having new forces entering behind potential enemies is unbalanced.

Thread 3 being PVP is open slather.

Thread 4 is a narrative adventure meaning that you can't simply come in part way through.

The event has been announced and signups have been up for a long period of time. I even let people into these threads just after they started because they just missed the cutoff.

That said, if you want to join the PVP thread or unofficial ones there is no restriction there.

Also, if you want to join the neutral group in thread 4 PM me NOW before I do my post there.
