As a young boy born on Alaris Prime, the only son of an up and coming lumberyard owner. Who for the most part his life held true to the old belief and ideal of fairness along with rule of law. That he had been know be one of the few if not hopefully the last in the valley wherein his humble abode and mill was located. That humanely employed both human and another sentient being that included some Wookies. Who his father found cowering in fear on his land. Speak of the ill-treatment and crime that had befallen then having been stolen from their land. Then taken to this place to work a strange land to the bone. For which feeling both pity and sadness towards the Wookies and their plight. That he despite the threats and danger of both harboring or extending help towards them. The boy father had all but open his home and took them in. Which unbeknownst to them that word travel fast and before the week was over. A gang of lawless Trandoshan Slaver came to happen to cross their path, And that before the day was done that his father was murder alongside his wife by a Trandoshan slaver in defense of both their home and those serving on it.
[SIZE=10pt]That with not even time to say goodbye nor bury the dead the boy had to bid with a tearful goodbye to everything he ever knew. But then as fate would have it the Slaver right-hand man intervein to instead of killing the boy. Drag then toss him over towards one their slave cage. Unintentionally spare his life thought none the less handing him a far harsher fate. As despite a few of the slaver crew displeasure in seeing the boy alive. Seeing as it was not just both a grave disrespect to both their time honor traditions in regards to the hunting code. Along with the fact it was very much a breach of the contract they enter in upon take up this particular job. But then greed rather than anything else that in secret blinded by the temptation of a quick buck or cred. That instead of killing the boy which would be such a waste that they could just lie and instead add him to their ever-growing slave cargo bound for their next stop which was the Hutts slave market[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]And so having been spared then throw him into their ship slave cargo hold alongside the other slaves. The boy bound for the Hutt slave market in a nearby system along their flight path. And while on route to collect their bounty in finishing contract of killing the family and burn their family property to the ground to cover up their tracks along with the crime they committed. That a rebellion or mutiny occurs on the slave ship wherein said boy along with the other slave including the Wookie is freed. And most if not all the slaver are believed to either been killed within the ensuing battles. Thought once free came the realization that no one left on board was knowledgeable enough to fly the ship. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]That it falls upon the boy who volunteers help in flying the ship alongside one the elder Wookies son and somehow gets them to safety. Which he is able to thanks in part old memories of time spent sitting by his father lap while he works the land on either his speeder or ship growing up. They get to safety and the Wookies are able to go home back to Kashyyyk. Where given the time honor tradition of the Wookie and realization he's now an orphan with nowhere or no one call home. The boy is adopted and inducted into the tribe as one their own along with the offer of the life debt by the elder Wookie that he met earlier.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]It was there that the boy grew up and in time learn both the ways and culture of his now adoptive Wookie family. But still, from time to time the tempted of going off-world much like most if not quite a few of the Wookie youth ate at his mind. And that in the course of their planning of giving it a try or shot. He along with the help of his adoptive Wookie elder son whom he has the life debt with. But then one of the original slavers comes out the woodwork so to speak. A confrontation ensues and the elder then come to their aid is corners and is about be slaughtered by the slaver. When the boy intervenes but unfortunately, it's too late. The elder Wookie is dealt a seemingly fatal wound just as the slaver attacking him succumbs to his own wound inflicted by the boy. But as he lay dying that in a last-ditch attempt to get back at him the slaver began to taunt him with one last poison. That it was all a lie what they Wookies told him in that the slaver leader who killed his family is dead and was very much still alive. At which time fuel by the burning desire not only for vengeance and payback for both his biological and adopted parent death. That as fate would have it thought injured badly and near death the elder Wookie eventually recovered. And that no sooner had he made sure that the elder Wookie did not succumb to his injury. And was well enough to eventually tell him that what the slaver said was true. That he only found out about it himself not too long ago and that he did it to protect him. Knowing all too well what it would mean if or when he did find out about it.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]And so with a heavy heart but filled with determination. He set off and found the slaver ship in order to buy his own ship and with that he then bid his adoptive Wookie family goodbye. At which time the elder Wookie's son then place it upon himself to take up his father oath and offer him a life debt of his own to take whenever time came that he needed it. That soon after he set out plying the smuggler route and life in order to secretly learn or find the slaver leader lair. In order to exact both justice and vengeance upon the slaver gang leader. After which hopefully make an oath to return once the deed was done. [/SIZE]
