Drinking Away

Kieb takes the drink with some skepticism, but does not drink from the glass. He opens his mouth to say something, but is quickly silenced by the wad of cash being slid onto the table. He sighs and shakes his head. "This is going to get crazy." is all he says.

Cadan would return to the table with Thraxis. "So friends. What have we decided?" His eyes would tart from each member of the group.
The Monkey-lizard would jump on the table and drink out of Cadan's glass.

"You seem focused on the Jedis knowing about this, why would it matter, there is enough of you lot to take one jedi, maybe not a master, but I'm sure a padawan would do, we even accept creatures, as long as they are vicious we will take them, if you participate you get free seats, but you know what, I like you guys, there is a start up cost of 10,000 creds but don't worry I will personally pay for it, I have a good feeling about you lot. I do after all have an eye for talent." he would say, that some smile residing on his face, with his eyes peering gaze radiating the same joy.

"Yes, a padawan may be simple enough to take down, even if they are prepared, but I'd rather not lose a hand for underestimating their preparedness. I prefer to know my opponent before attempting to defeat them."

"Listen to your friend! You don't have to go after Jed's, you can get animals! Any animal will do." The excitement evident in his voice as someone else realizes that they don't have to capture Jedi.

"Well, like I said, we don't need a jedi, while we do call it the Great Jedi Hunt, we are happy with just an animal as long as its vicious, you still get the seats, it might even allow you to meet some big end people." he would say, his face slowly losing its smile, and his gaze growing weaker as the conversation went on. "Look, it isn't easy starting up, trust me I know how it is, when we started up we got no opportunity's, we made our own, but your getting it easy, you are being given an alternate, a way to get your name known fast. Trust me, its a deal that shouldn't be passed up." he would say, trying his best to hold the smile and joy, though it was quickly slipping away.

Kieb looks at the drink and then back at his friends. "The man speaks the truth. Capturing an animal is a bit easier than taking on a Jedi. Besides, it would be better for the inhabitants of the area with less ferocious animals threatening their livelihoods. We could be doing a good deed."

"mabye we could just go to some backwater planet, and grab as much native wildlife as we can. might be worth it."
Arash finished his drink, and added the straw to the proto blaster being constructed.
"also, how much are you paying a head for animals?"

"The Great Jedi Hunt is based off a point system. The person or group with the most points in the end win the 1,000,000 credits. A small animals gets you 1 point, medium is 2, large is 3 and 5 for a huge one."

"Well, it depends on the creature, if its something like a Musiff, that's something easy to catch and in abundance, now if you go for something medium, like a rancour, it will be tougher, but definitely worth it." he would pause for a moment, letting out a sigh"Now, if you want a certain chance of winning, and I only say this so you know about it, you could catch a Zilo beast, though, I don't recommend it, in fact, I am opposed to you getting one because I don't want you dying." he would say, the joy returning since he feels like he might finally be getting through to them.
