HK-36
The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)

The droid took the holo business card, looking over its front and back, trapped between two of his spindly fingers,
"I suppose I will provide resources for the authors you would be willing to publish then, and I should manage to persuade few other Metal Lords to compose works and present before your company."
Perhaps the slight misunderstanding came from the fact that Metal Lords relied heavily on sharing electronic works, such as documents and recordings passed to one another via HoloNet or other forms of wireless connections, or just databanks of dense information. As such, in their world to be an author and a publisher was more or less synonymous as most of the works were self-published, just posted out there on the various Metal Lord connections for multiple machines to share.
"Having neutral observers conduct these works could be beneficent as well, so if you have any contacts with reporters or authors between jobs, I could contact them as well."
HK proposed to allow Jartris more involvement in the project and the relations with Metal Lords. Plus he would probably be compensated for references of his own as well.
Either way, the ancient droid and Jartris may have been closer in mindset when it came to the sight of young Cathar than the Zabrak could originally think. While HK was not against HRDs, and in fact used multiple HRD bodies himself, including one in appearance of a child, he mostly used it as a scare tactic or for psychological warfare, since most found the sight of a child speaking with HK's unchanged voice and demeanor to be quite upsetting. That could probably hint on the way he perceived droids who took form of children.
The moment would be slightly cut by arrival of another, and the way that HK greeted her would probably be able to grab Jartris' attention, as well as anyone else paying attention, quite nicely,
"My lady Queen Organa."
HK addressed [member="Faith Organa"] giving her a soft bow,
"It is so good to see that you were able to attend our gathering, I believe we have not seen each other since negotiating Corellian sovereignty in Droid Space."

Meanwhile, docking procedure for Aeshi's ship would go as expected, nothing out of ordinary, no setbacks. Before she would know it she would be given all clear and would be free to leave her vessel. Outside of her docking bay she would be already greeted by crowds of attendees and probably the usual cacophony of smells that accompanied conventions, although the fact that many of them were droids, and droids did not perspire, probably helped. Or at least just replaced the smell of sweat with smell of motor oil and hydraulic fluid.
Either way, from there it probably would not take too long for her to find HK and speak with him, or if it would suited her better, have a look at stands from other companies gathered in the hall and speak to other capitalists looking for their chance to break away first.

To be fair, the organics that would have checked Muad's identification were probably native to Denon, since the station hanged in the planet's orbit, and as such were probably a bit more skittish than usual, especially after the Republic's collapse their government was a staunch supporter of the regime in the face of the One Sith, and after their collapse in turn they were just kind of left alone to fend against pirate and various other marauders on their own. Not to mention that sudden appearance of great droid fleets in the sector surrounding their planet did not made them any calmer, even though in the end the wandering droid kingdoms turned out to be peaceful.
So while Muad may have been escorted to the main event floor by the Denon security detail, once he was handed over to actual mechanical sentry guards usually used by Metal Lords, they would just not give a damn. As soon as the organic soldiers left back to rejoin their posts the drones would wander off to go back to their duties, even if they were intelligent droids they would not stick around much longer either, just leaving Muad to his own devices. Part of the reason was that, one of the weaknesses of the system Metal Lords ran by, their security and strictness was determined by the Metal Lord in charge, and since HK never heard of Muad as far as he could recall, and neither was he a practicing Sith, as far as anybody from HK's regime knew, then there wouldn't be that much of a fuss about the fact that he was attending. Besides, the whole event was about the droid lords being inclusive when it came to organics, it was an effort by HK to fight one of the stereotypes people assumed about them, the rumor that they were xenophobic and isolationist. Plus Muad Dib would see a lot of war droids inside, not even as guards or sentries, although the armed security presence was adequate for big gathering like that, there were war and assassin droids attending the convention. Wearing big silly hats, costumes, make up to resemble their favorite droids or organics from pop culture, pretty much the usual things one would expect from convention attendees, except instead of sweaty nerds they were machines of war.
Perhaps they were all disarmed, perhaps not, if not then whoever would try something would have to face with a lot of firepower wrapped in silly costumes. He could probably swear he saw a droideka dressed up to look like Obi Wan Kenobi from his Clone War days, if Muad knew who that was.
