Objective: Explore the bunker

Chris walked through the bunker with his borrowed squad, moving room by room throughout the underground complex. He spotted a datapad on a table and clipped it to his belt, he would have his attached slicer look through that later. He continued through a hallway, the smell of death permeated the air Why couldn't this suit be sealed? There didn't seem to be anyone alive, just corpses already decomposed. One, wearing a stained uniform caught the Nothmrio's eye. He turned it over with an armoured boot, a small object firmly planted in the security officer's chest.

He had to warn the counsul. The Vong were already here.

[member="Fireson V'Trechen"] finally landed and started running towards him asking for orders, good. They were weak, but there were plenty of them. This was a good chance to challenge the apprentice, "Cause a ruckus to them." he told Fireson pointing his sword towards the thirteen dark jedi that were left. A few of them were more skilled then him, but there were also some that were equal or weaker, so now was a good chance to challenge the apprentice. It would be good for him. Sure, he'd probably get the crap beat out of him if he didn't get help. But he might be able to take on a few acolytes before that happened.

Meanwhile, regardless of his apprentice's actions, Nexus again stepped forwards, this time challenging them all, "Now what, shall you stand there? Come to us cowards, and feel the blades that shall end your pathetic lives!"

He stepped towards them his robes flowing as lightning flew forth from his sword into the group bringing a few to their knees as some charged him, others took to the zhorngi, and some went after Fireson. This would be an easy fight. He stopped with the lightning, and called off the Zhorngi telepathically, sending them back. 13 of this level against Nexus with the additional distraction of Fireson would be, well, simple.

He took a defensive stance, quite intentionally prolonging the battle just to put more pressure on Fireson. His apprentice had to succeed through failure to grow stronger, he had to feel the pain of a blade, push through every battle inch by inch. If he wanted to overcome someone with a head start on him in the force, he must learn to conquer it from the bottom so that when he reaches the top, there is no fine-tuning, not get to toy with it until he knows how to play around.

The shuttle came down on the roof. Ari was there to meet it. She gestured to the crew chief as reams of sand swirled in the wind under the downdraft of the repulsors.

When he came close, she grabbed his harness, shouting in his ear over the screaming engines.

"There's a Sample of a Creature we collected, make sure it's on the first flight to Xa Fel!"

"Aye Ma'am."

Elsewhere the other would have to clean up. She already had other matters to attend to. As she climbed aboard and stripped off her dark cloak she felt her muscles let out a scream of agony. It'd been a long day, and they hadn't found out all the answers. She'd need ore resources, notably from Xa Fel to uncover the plight of this world.

"Take off, let's go!"

The ship lifted off, and rocketed towards the Orbiting CPS Fang above.

She had a feeling these Xeno creatures were just the first of what was yet to come....

Ari was leaving. It barely mattered, they could certainly handle without her. What confused Avery was why she left. But he imagined it was of utmost importance to the Protectorate. Avery walked to the entrance of the bunker, lingering outside to watch for potential threats that may approach the bunker. He also felt that Chris was more than capable of taking on anything that may be inside the building. He was a soldier and a good one, with a lot of training and cleverness. Avery was also a soldier, just wearing a different set of gear. By this point in the taking Selvaris, Avery assumed that it was fairly close to being over. They just had clean up any vong and dark Jedi, then they’d be alright for the time being.

An hour or two had passed and Avery realized his time here was done. A Praetorian approached him. Gripping his rifle, he placed it onto his back. He coughed into his hand, sounding tired and exhausted by the recent events. “Sir, what are our current orders?” he said blandly with a little reluctance. Avery knew exactly what the next order would be. He walked to a ledge, the Praetorian following close behind him. Avery looked over the ruined city, the place he had been tormenting long before Ari or any other officials had arrived to the planet. He couldn’t help but feel off. He had ruined lives before but never on such a scale. It shouldn’t matter, he thought. This place was falling apart long before we had come. Now after all this he would have to stay longer to rehabilitate the planet. A job he was not very fond of but would try his best at.

Avery looked at the Praetorian, he then pointed to a shuttle they had came in. they were leaving this planet. Avery and his peers had no more use for the special forces of the Protectorate. As for Avery, his job was far from over.

Fireson looked at Nexus crazily. He did not have a lightsaber. Fireson only had his STP-950. He started to shoot at the Jedi, but they kept blocking his fire.

"Nexus," Fireson yelled. "I cannot beat them. Those Jedi's are blocking my fire power. What should I do? Can I have back up? A lot of help over here, please!"
