Kay still left her own food alone. She still wasn't very hungry. Part of her wanted to pack it up and save it, but that would be silly. "I'm not sure. For the first time in a while....I have nothing that's pressing. Freedom is great, but it does make one feel lost at times."

 

[Eli-Mae Forrest]

"Yeah say do you want to go somewhere to get your mind off of things?"

[Kay-Larr]

"Well I haven't explored the station yet. Or maybe we can borrow a small ship and crew from your father and go to Bakura? It's one of my favourite places."

"I have a ship and I don't need a crew."

[member="Lady Kay"]

 

[Kay-Larr]

Kay blinked. "You have your own ship? Well aren't you a lucky girl. I've never had my own...What kind of ship is it?"

"It's an AT- 360"

[member="Lady Kay"]

 

[Kay-Larr]

Kay nodded and finished up her tea. "I can't say that I've ever been flown in one of those before. What's it's range? Bakura is a bit away from us."

"It can make it from here to the other side of the galaxy without stopping for fuel"

[Kay-Larr]

Kay blinked in surprise. "Well that should be more than enough for this trip then. Supplies will need to be packed, just in case anything happens and we end up getting cut off from everyone for a while."

 

[Eli-Mae Forrest]

"I've got 3 months worth on board."

[member="Lady Kay"]

 

[Kay-Larr]

"Wow. Someone has really taught you well. We should leave word for your father so that he doesn't get worried. You know how he is with the people that he cares about disappearing." Kay smirked. Sometimes that brother of hers flew off the handle.

"Yeah." She says finally finishing her food and standing up

[Kay-Larr]

Kay still left her food alone. She hadn't gained her appetite back yet. "You'll have to pack up some clothes too. I have enough in my satchel." She gave her trusty satchel a pat.

"Be right back." Brook says running out of the room and returning a moment later with a backpack

"Wow, that was quick. It's like you already had thus planned to begin with." Kay got to her feet. "Lead the way."

Brook leads her to the ship with pride. She loved this ship so much and it kind of connected her back to her mother as that was how she got her start as a pilot. She had pod raced with her mother since she was 6 years old and had won many races and most of the money that had kept them afloat through those hard times.

As Brook lowers the boarding ramp this thought begins to make her sad. A sort of light disappears from her eyes as she leads Kay through the ship to the cockpit

Kay followed [member="Brooklyn Justice"] to her ship, looking it over from the outside almost in awe. She did very well for a young lady. As she was led inside she wondered what it would have been like if she had her own ship when she was Brooklyn 's age. No doubt she probably wouldn't of led the same kind of life.

She headed into the cockpit and smiled. "I bet that you know this ship like the back of your hand.: Kay grinned. She was sure that she was right.

"I guess so." Brook says and begins to prep for launch

Kay remained standing. "Put in the co-ordinates for Bakura and we'll be off. The forests there are beautiful."

Brook puts them in and the ship jumps to hyperspeed
