Dominik Borra
Man In A Suit
KNOCK KNOCK
With more time to wait around, Dominik thought about his approach. He had offered a loud entrance because of a plan in mind, but he could also go in quiet. But he scrapped that idea. A swarm of droids was coming in, things were going to get loud and he was fine being loud first to cause more panic and confusion.
This side door was metal, maybe reinforced, but it seemed like a classic metal door for a warehouse, not meant to stand up to a heavy assault. Time to test that theory out.
Dominik opened his coat, exposing his chest to the freezing outside air but also to retrieve his weapons. In relative silence aside from a couple of clicks, Dominik fashioned a grenade launcher out of the Interchangeable Weapon System. He put in four rounds total, held the weapon in his right arm, and put his knife's blade into his robotic left hand. All done with the ease and efficiency of changing a magazine in any other gun. Then he waited.
There was the signal.
Turning the corner, Dominik raised and threw the knife at the smoking guard. The blade dug into his brain through the eye and he dropped instantly. As soon as the door was clear, and as the two guards were registered what just happened to their buddy, Dominik fired a single round at the door.
KRAAAANG
The metal resounded as the grenade embedded itself in the door. The two guards paid it no mind, turning to shoot down the alleyway. Dominik turned back around the corner, weapon at the ready. Colored blaster bolts shot down the alleyway past Dominik.
The idiots never moved away from the door.
The grenade exploded, sending bits of metal, fire, and smoke everywhere. The door flew off it's hinges inwards, and the blaster fire stopped. Dominik stepped out from around the corner, his holdout blaster flicking from his sleeve. The guards were on the ground, probably dead already, but Dominik put one shot in each of them as he stepped past, pulling the knife free from the smoker.
He heard shouts from within the building. Dominik aimed to his left, front, then right and fired the next three rounds of his grenade launcher. These rounds however were smoke, not explosive.
More blaster fire came his way but Dominik stood behind a steel pillar as the smoke began filling the air, cutting line of sight from him. As Dominik waited for the smoke to spread he changed out the parts to bring the grenade launcher back to a normal blaster rifle.
He activated his robotic eye with a thought and began seeing in thermal. The Zero Gang could see nothing through the smoke, but Dominik could see them just fine. With single or double shots, Dominik began taking out the Zero Gang.
