"She was a senator ma'am... in the republic and seemed to attract danger." She said it and from the few reports it was usually when she was in the presence of a certain jedi... which once was bad luck, twice a coincidense and well several times was a pattern cause she never seemed to have the problem with others when she had been around. Willa was looking at her and the weapon as she gave a nod. "But she was always one fo the better ones at least." She said it while waiting for a moment and held a hand at the ready to guide once they were done... there was no rush and there was still Si tech to go in terms of weapons. "Senator." She nodded her head while moving over to the range with the case while her interface was registering the different things around.
She had watched the trials and the different weapons being presented were certainly impressive enough. Vitae had some talent when it came to it but the attitude coming off when answering seemed less informative then matter of fact. SHe remained there and ready when someone else just seemed to start the presentation with little regard for the others. It kept the vahla there as she watched and inhaled the scent of the cigar for a moment. Blowing a line out while looking the two that were being shown over... one more heavy and boxy the other looked like a relic. SHe could wait for when the time came. Seeing the pantoran who had set up gave one of the better presentations she could admit. The older senator put up her other weapons as well as Willa was preparing it and it was her time now for the moment.
Decent in their own ways and it was more a waiting game as finally it came time to present hers. She moved from the case two bars as they were secured on her armored gauntlets and opened up. THe ablative design securing itself. "The weapon platform is designed for ease of transport. Twin configurations that send the depleted 25g baradium quorrols down the barrel at 500km/s with a small burst of illerium to kick the shots with atmosphere exposure for a standard shot. The highly explosive shell when it impacts cracks momentarily exposing the chemical illerium to oxygen which reacts volatility to it with force equal to an escape pod ejection system. The round creates shockwaves as it passes through the target. In the case of material targets, this is a minor explosion and the creation of structural fractures. In the case of personnel targets, it simultaneously rips apart and pulverizes the body around the impact area."
"Additionally hey can use special ammunition either smart tracking which will be able to follow the biometrics of a targets." She waited for a moment to let that go in... the Atrisians and Sasori had developed the two types (
Wick Munitions and
Shifters) for the weapons on top of the standard to combat sith forces after all. She moved the weapon to the side and not aiming at anyone themselves. Fired shots that arced and were going towards the locked on targets of the holograms. "The other uses microgravity bursts at the atomic level reducing metal and anything else to dust." She showed it as it switched and the hologram projector went away. Willa allowing herself a moment adjusting it back while she moved a finger to create iron sights with the materia. "It is designed as the closest to a scaled down hypervelocity cannon and is tested to decimate most structures, organics and ships hulls up to 500ms in size." She had a smirk under her helmet as it was based off of the
Sasori Assault Rifle.
She continued to set it up while targets were going and made sure it was on display for the soldiers to see the ease of setting it up. "You have upper rail bolts designed off of older model Omega Protectorate bolt guns, which are designed to arm when fired and have sensitive warheads so signifigant changes to their speed or pressure applied can set them off upon impact with a surface or something altering momentum and velocity. Makes for a nasty surprise against a force user trying to deflect it. THe lowest option of it is mini torpedos." SHe said it and as the targets came up started firing from the wrists showing each one. Her helmet deploying and wrapping around her face with a small hiss. The smoke that was warping the lighting around her dissipating while the armor gleamed with a red visor. "Also silent." She said it as the gun worked off verpine styled rail weapons with minimal spin up time. SHe raised her arms and braced them.
The first feeling of the depleted shots while her arms were steading with the recoil. A sound like a whisper for a moment. THen switching while one fired a bolt to coat in the heat and the other was releasing mini torpedos for higher spread. "THe bonus that works is two fold... each gives access to the toolkit, which increase combat effeciency by providing anti armor, infantry and ship weapons. Vibroknuckler for close quarters combat as well as a shockwave generator. From there." SHe looked at it and motioned as targets were on display. "Starting with your multi rocket launcher allowing Incendiary micro-rockets as well as Micro-rockets, Flechette micro-rockets, Anti-armor micro-rockets, Ion micro-rockets, Explosive micro-rockets, Anti-personnel mini-torpedos, Net mini-torpedos, Ink mini-torpedos. With the conversion technologies built in it will replenish itself.
She said it and showing more modes while the micro-rockets were firing into various targets. Willa was going over it and looked at who was controlling the range. "We'll need other targets, more vehicles, heavier armors and wintrium plates." She said it as the toolkit switched. "Then you have a standard cryo sprayer, able to be a directed beam or cone." The thrum as it went out onto one of the targets before her other wrist. "A flamer projector, tempered to produce a cryo furnace. Hot enough to slag beskar." "Standard gravity projector allowing you to immobilize a target or use it on yourself to become harder to move. A multi tool for slicing, security and repairs in the field where the universal kit won't fully work. Micro pulse projector that as you rapid fire will strengthen and increase its own speed and power."
Willa kept at it, the targets were taking different types of strikes and she wasn't even into the meat of the weapons systems just yet. "An ionic disruptor for vehicles and walkers. Disabling them or in a pinch something that can be fired onto armored targets. Grapple for ascension and protecting. Tested to be used with Herald class armors so majority of things will be fine. Acid projector for melting down metals and organics. Ion paddle beamer designed for superior stunning capabiltiies and being able to wrap around a lightsaber. Secondary lashes and grapple for defensive and offensive measures. Standard gatling feature for faster rate of fire with a variaty of modes. Including particle cannons, maser and charric shots. A wrist vac system designed to fire micro shrapnel that shreds flesh and will cut metals. Firing vibro shrapnel at a target at close range."
She said it and was switching as the weapon fired like a shotgun for a moment and the spread over several targets was good.. the second shot more narrow as she was adjusting the cone in front of herself for it. "A dart launcher for various darts from around the galaxy the darts from kamino are good enough usually." The continued assault for the targets let Willa have a moment when she made sure it was visible what they could do. "A secondary disruptor package for use. With two special models built into it. One for overloading vessels as a ship wide disruptor and one specifically designed to strip and overwhelm shields." Willa moved with it as it shifted. A blade ejecting from one and a shield forming from another. "THe Aegis system, built in energy shielding designed for starships and dust blade."
She said it with a grin on her face though activating the shielding as it went from small forearm shield to wrap around her armor and the blade dispersed. BEcoming dust in the wind and it swirled before being directed with her fingers. "The dust is micro droids, each designed to breakdown, convert and rebuild matter around an area. It will convert it to what is needed, additional material for shots or even repair pieces. The shielding system has built in radiation dampening shielding, hydro shielding for pressure and to protect one while underwater, gravity. These are the same shields designed by a black sun Vigo to put ships near a suns surface.... and lastly the newest improvements to it." SHe said it and the heavy shielding remained but shifted as the dust was coming back and impacted the shield as it made blue blips.
"The experimental at a time and now wide spread hyperspace shielding. SMall pockets created to catch attacks and send them into hyperspace windows. With a secondary unit you can sent the exit point." She had a smirk under her helmet as the shielding and blade stopped. The dust reforming into a sword and going back into the system. The shielding going away. "And it allows for physical shielding with the kiltik ablation armor." She said it and the shield formed a physical one at her forearm as the other wrapped around the body and covered her armor in silver for the moment. THen it went back in and she was firing shots. "THe extra blaster attachment to the toolkit gives a secondary rifle grade blaster for use. The sonic weapon can be used for wide and focused strikes. Then there is two special weapons built into it."
She said it with a nod as motioning. "The first is reverse engineered from a high republic vector fighter and vanguard speeder. A high energy cannon designed for targeting ships much larger then itself. Thhe Vanguard cannon was rated and shown to be able to cleave through freighters from a shoulder mounted position." She focused it for a moment and fired a low yield charge for it to register. "The second." She moved back and spoke as small orbs fired out. "A bomblet with variable typing. From mortor able to be arced, to rapid fire micro energy bombs to saturate an area and even interlinked bomblets designed to detonate one after the other upon impact." SHe said it and was showing it as the rapid fire looked like she was firing energy blasts.. the mortor arcing up and firing over.
THere was a small shrug though while she spoke. "And that does most of it.. there is only a final part." She said it and showed the final part which was the shock glove parts of it.. the sparks there before she smacked her hands together for a smaller wave to form. The various modes being used with different targets before pulling them from her wrists as they combined into a single unit resembling a pistol. Willa moved as her gauntlet ejected a
Combat Knife to hold them close. For balance but she was also able to fire the blade of the knife for a silent shot. The commander took a moment to let the information from the targets register before she was preparing for the main features of it.. the toolkit was just the embellishment.. the design aspect that elevated the weapon to be able to be used in any number of places.
The ablative design continuing to open it up and she fired. "It can convert into a handheld form, you lose hands free firing which would allow you to incorporate another means of attack but keep stability. THe converter built into the weapon will replenish power to it so power packs are not needed. THe tobal lens built into it uses the heat produced by continued use to add additional power with a high level of effeciency." SHe was checking out the displays in her helmet while going over it. THe pistol in her hand gleaming at the ready so it would be able to have a good showing but it wasn't the main thing. They were here for a rifle and she popped out the bayonet from the pistol itself as well as sights. "The materia can form iron sights if needed or be linked to your helmets range and targeting systems."
The pistol continued to open up as it went into a rifle form. THe stock extending and filling in. THe barrel stretching with an underside showing the toolkits design for underside. Power blade able to be extended like a bayonet. "From the haldheld it can go into a rifle. Standard size and weight... managable in the field and made to be used anywhere from vacuum to the most extreme environments such as deep water, volcanic and winter. Power setting for stun and overcharged shots is there." SHe was still letting it extend as the firing into targets was important and she continued to extend it firing while speaking. THe barrel and rifle converting into a sleeker rifle as her speciality was there. "From a rifle it goes to a sniper configuration without losing its speed of fire so the better your aim and skill the more devasting it can be." She said it and backed up firing before transferring it to one arm.
"And finally." SHe said it as it jutted twin legs... forming a bipod and anchoring itself to the ground with the mechanism holding itself in place. "Anti-Ship and orbital firing. Made for defense from planet side or orbital assault." She couldn't fire on it.. there were tank holograms but no ships above when she stopped and kept it there for a moment. "Maintenance and repair use molecular conversion. The rifle will repair itself, maintain itself with raw matter and debris around the area. It can incorporate into its design attachments much easier learning as needed and the materia is formed with inth metal offering plenty of protection on its own from ion weapons trying to disable it, to lightsabers trying to slice it.... It will connect with your armor and be more controlled by the soldier using it in the field."
She said it and the design started to collapse and fold back into itself quickly. THe twin bars going back into her hands as she held them with a look for a few of the others there. The soldiers were certainly different from when Havoc and Rohn were there but she had them while holding them in her hand. Her free hand getting another of the cigars while she ignited her finger and lit it. "It will work and continue to work long after the user is dust. It can receive configuration updates from Sasori whenever it or components are improved upon in their workshops allowing it to seamlessly be improved on a larger scale." She nodded, there was few other tricks to it. The weapon was built to specs but also designed to adapt to situations as they arose a lot more be it a surgical knife or battering ram.
She looked at it and knowing a few of the common things spoke bringing up the display on a hologram that could be seen. "Weapon sights are tied into your interface either helmet or optical overlay. Takes away from the weapon but does allow for better customization. INternal workings are more complicated and it is recommended you do not try opening it if you don't want to damage the mirrors inside. THey work for molecular disruption which alters the size of the internal mechanisms allowing the ablative nature to be much more then just a few plates. The power cell replenishes itself quickly enough from the environment however the iso uses quintessence channeled through kyber shards with sleg. The power cells are rated for powering larger battlecruisers and if needed can be swapped for the latest quantum cells."
Willa said it all with a look mostly at the soldiers who would be testing it out and overlooking it. Her fingers going to another cigar as she touched the shadowroot variant and her thumb ignited with fire, eyes watching before the smoke came out and with it the cloaking effects as the form shimmered in the light from one side. "Of course Matsu will likely include the cloaking and matter manipulating cigars for each thousand units. You though should be easily able to handle any situation that you face from infantry to orbital bombarding vessels and all forms of armor in between. THen have scenarios that might not even be thought of." She finally cracked a smirk and didn't go for brags about it. SHe just needed to show it hopefully better as she did wish Havoc had had equipment like this compared to some of the old republikc tech they had been given. "Any questions?"
She had finished, offered some follow up answers to questions that had come up and that they would be able to address. A small tight lipped smirk was on her face though while she checked out what they had here. In Comparison she hadn't seen the others have the sheer utility but she also knew that utility didn't always win. It was sometimes who you knew. Willa stood there while her armor gleamed and the ablative plates slide back to make it look more relaxed, her built in weaponry out of the way and weapons to the sides. SHe had the case where the weapon was going to be kept for them to inspect. "I am sure with some negotiations some of the more speciality pieces of equipment could be included. An unerbarrel for launching the
Grav Grenades would be best. Few things beat armor then a microblack hole that can lift several dozen tons for a few seconds."
