Gangs of Tattoine

"Carden, Carden, Carden!" He said as the young bounty hunter pulled in. He slowly walked over to [member="Carden Lorps"], still chuckling. "Carden, me and my...clients have came up with a plan", He said, slowly reaching into his bag. "I mean, your involved of course and I have your pay...right...here", He said quickly, removing a blaster pistol from his satchel. He then attempted to fire a bolt at Carden's stomach. If the blast struck him, it would not be lethal. Yes, it would be painfull and would cause injury, he would not die.

Carden looked at Nik waiting for his pay. When Nik pulled out a blaster pistol Carden tried to jump out of the way but he was too slow and the blaster bolt hit him in the stomach "gah, you bloody pirate, your luky I don't get up and shoot you." Carden grunted. Carden tried to get up but quickly fell. "I did the job you asked why did you shoot me?" Carden yelled.
[member="Nik Bonvor"]

"Carden, you disapoint me, greatly. You really trusted a pirate? Here is the thing, kid, you did the job and I didn't feel like paying you. You can shout out all your insults now, it wont bother me", He said, keeping the weapon gripped tightly. "Kid, you didn't really trust me, right? I hope you didn't or else I am very glad that I didn't pay you!" He said laughing. "Perhaps you would like a talk with Torrlack? You know he was in on this, right? He was watching you at that cantina", He said, still chuckling.

[member="Carden Lorps"]

Carden felt a sharp pain in his stomach. "Yeah I don't trust you, your a piece of scum. Why, I owe you a bolt to your head." Carden said in a angry tone. He felt betrayed but at the same time he knew it would happen. Carden attempted to get back up and he succeeded. "You owe me money, if you dont pay up I will claim the bounty on you myself. They will have your head on a spear quicker than you can say your bloody sorry." Carden yelled in his face, not caring about the blaster.

[member="Nik Bonvor"]

He couldn't help but laugh, perhaps he was underestimating [member="Carden Lorps"]. He held his weapon out, aimed directly at the young hunter. "What are you going to do, kid? Make me beg for my life?" He asked, before laughing at the idea. "You know what...i'd love to see you try to make me beg, kid! You are nothing, your the scum, Carden. The same with your pathetic father, he was scum!" He said, as a grin appeared on his face. "You may think I'm a sick man...you'd be right", He said, before letting out one last chuckle.

Tatooine. Another desert planet, for it's surface was covered in endless sand and rock. Tugoro had recently journeyed to Vanqor, a planet very comparable to his current location. Being in the Republic brought many advantages, that most would call privileges. Though this concept was foreign to the boy, for he did not usually pay attention to such things. He liked getting the job done, quick and efficiently, though most would argue that his tactics were the opposite. Trudging through the sand, the teenager could not help groan in annoyance, the eight Republic soldiers simply looking at each other as they remained silent. There had been a rumor floating around the barracks apparently, of a gang of pirates that continuously terrorized inhabitants of Mos-Eisley, and Tatooine in general. They were considered ruthless, and extremely dangerous.

The group of thirteen had just touched down a short distance away from [member="Carden Lorps"] and [member="Nik Bonvor"], though the tall dunes gave them the element of surprise. The Republic force would continue towards the pirate's location, eventually making their way over the dune. There was little to no cover the desert offered, aside from the rare boulder or raised landform. As they broke the horizon, the group would spot their opponents, who happened to be about one hundred meeting away. Lowering his arm, Tugoro's grasp would tighten around the saber that hung at his waist. The boy would pull the weapon from the belt's restraints, sliding his finger over the activation switch in order to ignite it's dark pink glow. Pointing his weapon forward, he would order, "Attack!" Blue bolts of energy would sail across the sand of sea as the Republic soldiers continued to open fire, their blaster rifles bucking slightly as commenced. "Concentrate on vehicles." The boy would state to his squad, their fire being directed at the speeders that were around.

Carden was distracted by the sight of Republic forces and a Jedi, the Jedi that is named [member="Tugoro Taidarious"] haha what a sight for sore eyes. Seeing the blue blaster bolts made Carden jump up and run to his speeder. He ran behind it and grabbed his blaster pistol from it's holster. "Look Nik, you owe me money, and these Republic men might want to take you away for a while, if you give me double the agreed a mount, I can think about letting you escape." Carden said with a laugh to [member="Nik Bonvor"] this hot sun was making Carden sweat, which was normal but Carden didn't like it. When Tugoro gets closer they could try to talk.

"YOU HAD A FETHING WIRE!" He shouted, diving behind a nearby ammunition crate. This fether on the hill with the saber ordered his men to fire upon them, and oh would he have his scalp. He quickly nodded to his own group of vandals and pirates. They quickly readied their blasters, firing up at the men on the hill. "GET FARKING BACK, YOU NERF-HERDERS!" One of the pirates shouted. He would then point his weapon at Carden, motioning him over. "Get over 'ere, kid! Move and I'll end you", He said, unable to resist the urge to laugh at the situation. Just when he thought he would get away with murder, Carden brought back luck, he had too.

Unless there were a few transportation methods out of sight, escape would be out of the question. The blaster bolts that begun to pour downwards on the group slammed into the vehicle that [member="Carden Lorps"] took cover behind. Four soldiers would focus their aim on the infantry, firing back at the pirates who decided to fight back. Quick, bright flashes of light would zoom across the dunes as bolts of deadly energy travelled in every direction. While the four provided covering fire, the other eight continued to focus on the speeders, pelting them violently until they were no longer usable. Hopefully this had worked, for if it had their efforts would not be in vain. Travelling across the desert was an extremely annoying task, one that irritated the boy greatly. These scum would know justice. Widening his eyes, Tugoro would gasp as he saw Carden Lorps, an old time friend. What was he doing here?

Keeping his saber leveled out with his waist, Tugoro's arms and hands would continue to move with grace as he deflected blaster bolts, causing them to bounce harmlessly into the sand. Tugoro's eyes would close as he began to concentrate even further, the force having guided him thus far. Battles like these always made him nervous, though entrusting the force with his capabilities always put him at ease. The teenager's saber would rotate in a three hundred and sixty degree spin at his side, slamming into a bolt that had been directed at a soldier. It would travel at a high speed, piercing one of the pirate's armor with ease. The soldiers that had focused their aim on the vehicles would now begin to aid in the battle, however there would be losses on the Republic side. The pirates had managed to gun down three soldiers, their bodies laying limp in the sand. Gritting his teeth in anger, Tugoro would begin to stride forward, the force energy in and around him having gathered to his body.

Though, before he could employ his padawan-level force speed, a rocket would soar past him, causing his hair to flap furiously in the air. A soldier stood at the top of the dunes, knelt for balance as he lowered his missile launcher. The projectile would leave a trail of smoke in it's wake as it advanced on the pirates at a high speed, spinning many times in the air before it came crashing down. It would explode, though the causalities would be revealed when the smoke cleared.
[member="Nik Bonvor"]

Seven soldiers, gone in a blink...of...a...fething...eye! Screw this, screw [member="Tugoro Taidarious"], and screw Carden fething Lorps! Two pirates ran forward, charging the enemy. However, they were very, very, very quickly gunned down. "FETH YOU, CARDEN!" He shouted, firing towards the hill. He quickly leaned back into cover, trying to ignore the blaster bolts flying into the cover he was currently behind. He inhaled and exhaled heavily as the shots continued to rain down. His men continued to fire at their enemys, as they had all pledged their allegience to Nik. As Nik always said "Die a coward or die a hero. You choose". The rather foul-mouthed pirate continued to shout insults as the battle raged on.

[member="Carden Lorps"]

Carden got out of his cover and ran oger to Nik. "You call my father pathetic, you deserve to die. But I won't waste my time on a scum like you, it's your last chance Nik you either give up or die pirate." Carden looked at Nik in disgust. "You owe me thats all I know." Carden said before attempting to shoot Nik's leg. He didn't wait to see what happened insted he decided to run back behind a box, popping up to shoot pirates. Then Carden sat back in cover, hopefully the Republic could handle a band of pirates.

[member="Nik Bonvor"]
[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

He shouted in agony, falling to the dirt ground. The bolt easily peirced his leg and this didn't exactly calm Nik down. "I'LL GUT YOU, KID! YA HEAR ME, YOU FARKING SHOOT ME! YOU DON'T EXPECT ME TO PAY YOU NOW, EH?" He shouted, shooting one of the soldiers on the hill. The pirates retreated, sliding back and into cover, closer to Nik. "Blow 'em to oblivion, boys!" He said. All of his men jumped up and started firing at the hill. "CARDEN, LET ME SAY IT AGAIN...FETH...YOU...AND...YOUR...FATHER!" He shouted, before slowly pulling himself up and firing at Carden. Nik was not trying to hit Carden, just get him down into cover.

[member="Carden Lorps"]

[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The insults that [member="Nik Bonvor"] continued to shout were rather annoying, though Tugoro would work through it. The boy's long brown robe would billow as he continued his advance, the warm winds of Tatooine barraging his face. The pirates had banded together in one area, instead of fanning out. The open flat ground that the Republic soldiers gave them movement, but no cover. Bolts of different colors and sizes would continue to shoot fiercely across the sand, leaving scorch marks wherever they happened to land. The smoke and debris would clear after the rocket hit, revealing the massive loss that the pirate band had suffered. Though, along with that minor victory, three other Republic soldiers would also be gunned down, leaving six for Tugoro to command.

"Suppressing fire, keep them pinned." The padawan would order, pointing the tip of his shining blade forward at the crates the pirates had taken cover behind. The six soldiers that remained would begin to unleash rapid volleys of energy bolts, their blaster's catridges would surely become empty soon. As they attempted to hold the pirates at their current position, Tugoro would harness the force energy he had gathered earlier, allowing it to concentrate and bind to his lower limbs. His physical form would become a slight blur as his legs moved rapidly, propelling him across the sand at a quick rate. The boy would advance on a curve, aiming to go around the blaster battle instead of through it. Sand would spray forward as he skidded to a halt, arriving nearby the enemies location. The young Jedi would watch as Nik opened fire on [member="Carden Lorps"], his own arm lifting to aim at the bounty hunter. Not bothering to hold back, the padawan would unleash a strong force push with his free opened palm, while his clenched fist kept a tight grip on his saber. "Doesn't have to end like this." He would state, giving everyone a rather blank look.

Him and almost his entire group of pirates fell to the ground as the padawan sent his force push shooting towards them. "FETH YOU TOO, JEDI!" He shouted, slowly crawling to cover. That is when Nik noticed something. He only had five pirates left when two of them jumped up and retreated, leaving the camp. "WHERE ARE YOU FETHERS GOING?" He shouted angrily but the retreating pirates continued to sprint away. Only three pirates remained and they continued to fire their weapons. Nik however, could not fight, he was lying up against an ammo crate, sighing heavily. If he was attacked he could do very little to defend himself.

[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Tugoro hadn't expected the pirates to go flying or anything. They simply stumbled onto their backs as his telekinesis push was released, forcing them to do so. The surviving soldiers on the Republic's side would continue to open fire on the pirates as they fled the scene, releasing a few pot-shots here and there. Some would get away, however they would hopefully be too spooked to continue with their current lifestyle. It was a rather foolish view Tugoro had, for the thugs would surely walk along the path of a criminal regardless of what had happened. The young padawan had been separated from his soldiers, they were not available to defend him. Bending his legs at their knees, the boy would duck, allowing two bolts of energy to soar right past his head. The third pirate opened fire, aiming for his feet. Pushing downwards, the boy would use his physical abilities to jump into the air slightly, letting the bolt just singe his boot.

As the boy rotated in a flip, his lightsaber had been released, spinning rapidly as he had been just moments ago. It's dark pink beam would lash out against the trio that stood, hoping to carve through them with a single path, that was clearly altered by the force. The flying blade would curve through the air, hoping to take out all three of the enemies at once. If this were successful, Tugoro would breathe heavily, having tired himself out. This had proved to be quite the challenge, exactly the type he had seeked. Lowering his hand towards his waist, the boy would clip the dark metal of his saber handle back onto his belt, turning to look at [member="Nik Bonvor"]. "Not bad." The brown haired lad would speak, looking down at the injured pirate with his emerald eyes.

He watched as the jedi took out the remaining pirates. He stared at the jedi, he had a look of terror and surprise. "N-no!" He said, sluring his words heavily. "D-don't kill me! P-please! You g-gotta spare me, I'm just a petty thief!" He said, faking the tone of terror in his voice. They seemed to forget about the cyborg, Torrlack. He was just trying to create a distraction long enough for Torrlack to attack. "PLEASE, I'M BEGGING YOU!" He shouted, hacking up some blood onto the dry ground.

[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The cyborg's crouch quickly turned into a sprint. He headed straight towards the jedi, attempting to use [member="Nik Bonvor"] distraction as a chance to tackle the young jedi into the dirt.

(Sorry for the short post, couldn't think of what to say)

[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

The pirates who decided to run from the battle had gotten away, leaving the Republic soldiers who were present to regroup with their leader. Looking towards the Jedi's position, their eyes would widen as they saw [member="Torrlack"] dart forward. Without hesitation, they would begin to open fire, allowing blue bolts of energy to soar across the sand towards the cyborg's form. However the man was quick, and no bolts made any significant impacts. However, they served as a warning to Tugoro, his mind feeling out the danger that approached. Turning slowly on his heel, the young teenager would glance to the side out of the corner of his vision, barely having anytime to react to the tackle. [member="Nik Bonvor"]'s deceitfulness and the soldiers had given him a slight advantage however, their feelings and actions prompting the force to warn him. Quickly stepping to the side, the padawan would narrowly avoid the full purpose of the tackle, instead being met by the powerful shoulder of Torrlack.

The blow would send him stumbling backwards, skidding across the sand and away from the cyborg. If Torrlack had managed to pin the boy, it would've all been over at that moment. Tugoro looked up at his new opponent in fear, allowing his appearance to catch him off guard. Lifting his legs into the air, the boy would kick them forward, allowing the pressure they carried to lift his torso as well, a classic method for Jedi to get back onto their feet. As he moved, pain shot throughout his body, making him lurch forward in brief agony. Using his telekinesis once more, the padawan would draw his saber into his hand, igniting the bright dark pink glow of it's blade. "Don't do this."

Torrlack was face first in the dirt and mud. He slowly glared up at the kid, unable to conseal a loud, loud, loud chuckle. "Your just a farking kid! What are you going to do?" He asked, slowly pulling himself to his feet. "I'll break you, kid...it wont be pretty, too", He said, slowly raising his steel hands. "Are you even over fifteen? I fething killed my parents at twelve!" He slowly cracked his neck, grinning under his built in helmet. "I'll make you beg for mercy, child!" He said, quickly tapped the holster holding his slugthrower before chuckling. "Call off your men, we'll have a fair fight, huh?" He asked, showing no signs of fear in his vocoded voice.

[member="Tugoro Taidarious"]

Lifting his arm, Tugoro would wave it through the air quickly, motioning for a complete cease fire. The soldiers who stood fifty metres away would order obediently, even though they did not condone the Jedi's behavior. A rather smug look would spread across the fifteen year olds face as he regained his posture, staring at the cyborg [member="Torrlack"] with sharp features. This man was scum that deserved to die, more than that he was a pirate. Surely the boy would expect some dirty tricks, but only time would tell what treacherous methods the pirate duo would employ. Darting a glance to [member="Nik Bonvor"], the youth would jot down a mental note as to keep tabs on the leader as well as his current opponent.

Still holding his saber, Tugoro would watch cautiously as the cyborg un-holstered his pistol, revealing it to be a slugthrower. This proved to be a challenge, for the moderately explosive rounds used in these weapons made them nearly impossible to deflect. The young padawan would hope to mask the first move, leaping to the side in a dive hopefully before Torrlack could get the jump on him. Tugoro's arm would extend as he began to focus, concentrating his force energy on the crate that Nik had used as cover. It contained many energy and ballistic ammo catridges, but the padawan was unaware of this. Ignoring it's size and all doubts in his mind, the young Jedi would clear himself of fear as the crate lifted, shooting forward in an attempt to collide with the cyborg. It would break if it made an impact, surely spilling it's contents.
