Get paid... keep flying (Carliah Dakrone)

Revy was looking at the beings but also at her mother with the nexus. She could feel it while she was focusing more on the area of the city. "I don't know, working on some of these things. The force going through her but she didn't have the full understanding while being there. She didn't know what she was doing with it while she spoke. "It isn't them, it is this place, the force is strong here but neither of us has the training to do anything with it as well as some."

"When we get home, we'll have to tell Vulpesen and your father. They'll likely know what to do, for now I think we should explore just a little more. I want to see what's at the heart of this city. It seems to get stronger the closer you get to the center," Carliah replied, nodding at her daughter. She only hoped nothing bad happened while they were searching the old ruin. She didn't want to have to explain to Yusan why their daughter was now dead if something happened. [member="Revy Dakrone"]

She nodded looking at her mother while they were moving towards the center of the city. The golden and dark skinned women things were watching them but offering no resistance or combat. THey had seemed to be living in some of the buildings there were intactish compared to others. The rest she could just barely make out for a time until reaching the center of the city where it looked like children were playing and they were just like the others. She had expected some sort of city center but in looked like an ancient pantheon where statues of worn away gods resided.

"Well... it doesn't actually look like there is much to be seen here... The nexus is definitely strongest in this part of the city. I get the feeling when that ship back there crashed it created the Nexus. A lot of people must have died, for this to happen. We'll have to head back down to the ship. We should tell your father and Vulpesen what we found. They can probably handle this alot better than we can. We might be able to find a way to lessen the radiation in this area too if we try hard enough." Carliah explained after a few moments of silence. She glanced around the ruin one more time. They'd done all they could for now, it was time to leave. [member="Revy Dakrone"]

Revy was looking at her mother though while she moved and she spoke. "Maybe but they don't seem to mind the radiations if we change it something could happen." She was looking at the place and them while moving to get out of the city. She wasn't certain what they were going to say but she had some ideas at least of what they could use. "We'll see about it and what can be done though. The grandmaster will need to be something but we ddon't want to ruin what they have with everyone trying to come and use the nexus."

"That is true," Carliah replied as she slowly led the way back out of the city. She carefully steered Revy back down the mountain, but it was much harder to find there way back in the dark. She glanced over at the teenager as they walked. "So, did you have fun today?" She asked Revy as the walked down the mountain side slowly. She really was curious as to whether her daughter enjoyed spending time with her. [member="Revy Dakrone"]

Fun... fun... as they were walking she needed to think of that. There was a look on her face though as she was sure she had been having fun. Of all the things they had been doing it made it quite a sight to behold. They'd been drinking, flown around somewhere in the galaxy and they'd even come here where they could see things. "I... I did it was better then I had expected and at least proved this family isn't so terrible. My brother and father might lock themselves away in their rooms doing who knows what but at least we can roam around the galaxy."

"I want to learn more about this planet... It doesn't seem very populated... If the sentient beings here lack a system of government... Well surely they could benefit by being united. We may have our palace back Revy, but it's going to take work this time," Carliah replied with a smile. She was glad her daughter had enjoyed the trip. This planet was an interesting place, but the discovery of the nexus was too important to put off reporting. They would be back soon enough but for now it was time to leave. After several long hours they reached the ship. Carliah unlocked it and climbed aboard, glancing over her shoulder to see if Revy was following. Once everyone was on board and ready, she took off, heading back to Veradune. [member="Revy Dakrone"]

Revy was looking at her mother as they were far enough away and she was able to drop the barrier, she was breathing hard and holding her chest while gulping in air. "That would be something to see." She wanted her palace back and somewhere to be over it all. There was a look on her face though going into the ship at the idea of telling the others. "We should be careful we don't want this to be exploited."

"It won't be," Was all Carliah said as she steered them towards home. She was going to make it very clear that she had plans for this planet and was only offering the information in order to get support from the Vitae. She would not be giving them the exact location of it until they had guaranteed that support. Spending so much time around a former Republic Senator did have it's advantages, when it came to politics, Carliah knew how to play the game. [member="Revy Dakrone"]
