"You know I asked him the same question, and Family secret..." Jakob said before putting the sword away and getting into the speeder.

"What is this keep you speak of?"

He smiled, he hadn't been to the planet before, what awaited him?

"People keep all sorts of secrets, I have mine." He winked at the man. "Oh, I mean our home sir, the Shadow Keep. Large castle and that what not stuff." Hopping in, he started the speeder, and placed it in auto pilot. "I hate flying too." @Revalations

Jakob laughed, everyone kept their secrets.

"Oh I see, When did you take the Keep to be your own?" Jakob said as [member="Romeo Sin"] placed the speeder on auto-pilot.

He watched as many things went by...

His two blasters at his side and sword at his back.

"Hmmm...like forever ago. I think. I do not keep track of time, but if I was to give a certain date it would be about a year ago? Maybe?" He shrugs. "I hate math, time involves math. My daughter is the wizz kid around here. I just listen to her advice." [member="Revelations"]

"Your daughter? where I come from women are farmers...but I see your culture is different so I apologize" Jakob said before taking off his helmet. His long brown hair fell down and he smiled at the air hitting it.

He had a lot to learn about the culture but he was willing.

"She's only fifteen, Women here do what they wish, when they wish. I'm not sure what culture you come from, but sounds like dark age times." He said as he turned around, and pulled out two boxes. "Lunch?"

"Yes...you could call it that, I am sorry I am just not use to your culture, we mostly stayed away from people we did not know, the only time we had contact was the trading times." He said.

Romeo stopped the speeder, and turned to Jakob. There was a minute of silence as he studied the man. Finally he answered. "It was harsh. Beatings, training, more beatings, then more training. My father was not a caring man, he had no passion. My mother was a coward, allowed it all happen. My sister is probably the only on in my family who cared about me." He rubbed his five o clock shadow. He wasnt sure how to answer it fully. "I guess the crazed maniac that is my father decided I would make a better sacrifice then a son. Obviously it didnt work." He grinned at the man. "Jakob, realize I am not the best man in the world, I have done things, and will do things most will never agree with, but I do them for a better tomorrow."

 

[Revelations]

"It is not right to beat a child."

He paused then smiled back

"How much longer to the Keep if I may ask."

Jakob pulled his hair back and put his helmet back on.
