New guy here with something to prove! I have never role played before but I've been writing my own fiction for some time now. Rogue One got me super interested in Star Wars and I am soaking up all the information I can. I am really into flying, piloting and huge starship wrecking others. Is there a place for that?

Also, factions seem different and fun! I really want to do this!

Also, if you want to be part of a certain group like Jedi, Sith, Mandalorians, smugglers, politicians, rebels etc, check out our Faction page if you want to and see if there are any Factions you'd like your character to join and write with fellow like-minded writers for your stories.

I know all Factions pretty much support and thrive with pilots and fleeters so you'll be right at home anywhere you choose.

But don't feel you have to join one - you can go solo and see where you story takes you and who you encounter!

Hi, Sonny! Welcome to the board. I'm Outsourced. Pretty new here myself, but i'll try to help you out if I can.

Most Major Factions have starship components. A lot of it boils down to personal preference. Jedi, Sith, Mandalorian, Mercenary, CIS, Galactic Alliance, First Order, CSA, GE, Collective, etc. Pretty much any of them would work. For more information, i'd take a look here, and see what most fits the character you're planning.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions! Even if I don't know, I might be able to point you to someone who does.
