Hello everyone. I'm newish (ok not really. I lurk and tried to make a character once but it fell through). I want to finally get involved here. So I'm just here saying hi and also asking around for where I should start. I'm looking to start with one character, but I'm not sure where to put them. I know I want to join a faction, but I'm not sure which ones are really active or situated for what I want. So I'll just talk about what I want to do and see if anyone can point me somewhere. The 3 ways I want to go are...
1. Light Side Jedi: The obvious thing that makes Star Wars unique. Would like to follow a more traditional light side path than the EU after the movies.
2. Either a naval ship officer or star pilot. I'm interested in the former more so than the latter, but I'm not sure if fleet combat is RPed alot here. I'm not looking for a specific force aligned faction here, just a militaristic like group such as the Empire or Republic in the movies.
3. Pretty similar to #2, but just a military force like the marines for the same types of factions from #2.
