Found the following errors while adding coordinates:

• Cerulean (16-13) is listed as a Custom Planet, however I can't find an entry in the Chaos Codex.
• Bal'demnic (17-12) is misspelled as Bel'demnic
• Brigna (19-12) is listed as a canon planet, however I can't find any information about the planet on Wookiepedia.
• Eredenn Prime (19-12) is incorrectly labelled as just Eredenn

It turns out that Cerulean is a misspell. The correct name of the planet is Ceraluen.

As for 'Brigna', that's probably another misspell. The likely candidate is Brigia, which after checking the wookiepedia coordinates against this map and matching with our map, makes a great deal of sense.
