How Green is the Valley (open to all)

Voss how long had it been since she had stepped foot here? How long since there had been a need? Voss a planet of beauty and mystery set in the far off reaches of the galaxy, and a neighbor of the Mandalorian Clans. Today it would have another title, today it would be a place to refresh.

Rianna landed The Dancing Thranta her children Maeve and Dral were with their Father, and Edee had been left growling and pacing with them. Edee and Rianna were quite attached as Rianna had raised her from a kit to the full grown Manka Cat she was. By definition Edee was a protector of her adopted family. Rianna did not think she needed protection right now she needed peace and calm and a Jedi Temple would provide that to her.

Stepping off the ship Rianna could already feel the vibrations of the force, the cascading of colors, and the intertwining and binding of it all. So many things that the force offered so many ways to see it even the Gormak and the Voss had seen it differently.

The Jedi had changed in many ways since the days of her training and Rianna had done her best to change with them but even in doing so sometimes she felt she had given something up.

Her discussions with [member="Coci Heavenshield"] on Alpha Mae months earlier had given her the opportunity to come here.

Rianna herself had many skills that she could teach, but would the Silver Jedi allow the Mandalorian to do so. Coci had said she would be welcome and that was all she needed.

Rianna headed towards the temple, let's see who she could meet, and see what lay ahead.

Dune Rhur was doing what he did best. He was being learned and performing his duties as a Lorekeeper. It didn't occur to him that he looked comical sitting centimeters from a flowerbed. He was too focused on sketching on his tablet.

It was for records that he was recording these. Several younglings had gone by him in the garden and giggled. Master Rhur was smelling the roses. But these were newly transplanted to Voss.

His drawings were incredibly detailed. A Bith's near-sighted vision made him excellent for this. That and nimble fingers let him excel. Botany required drawings and the records were never complete.

The garden Rianna's favorite spot, so many things that could be found in a garden. Life, renewal, death, and of course beauty. She walked slowly as she neared it wouldn't hurt to linger among the greenery for a bit.

The variety of flowers, and herbs caught her eye immediately she had gardens on all the worlds where she had a home, some of it for flowers, others for food, but always because Rianna enjoyed getting her hands dirty.

She paused when she caught sight of someone in the garden she couldn't help but observe and smile, the aura of the stranger ruffled with whites and blues, a sign of calm. She then stepped quietly closer, hoping not to disturb him.

As she approached she could see the visitor was a bith, it had been a long time since she had encountered a bith. "Excuse me, I'm sorry to intrude perhaps you can help me" She smiled softly.

"Oh," the Bith said as he looked up. A human woman asking for help. "I can try," he said with a shrug. "What sort of help do you need?"

"Actually," he said standing up "I could use a break. I've been working for over an hour."

"I have been long away from Voss and have become unfamiliar with the temple and it's paths as well the grounds which surround the temple. Could you tell me what has changed here since..." when was the last time she was here..I'ella was still alive...and Coci was unmarried.

So..what could she say, "oh my bad manners, I am Rianna, and you are?"

Yes let's start at the beginning with introductions.
