Hoersch Kessel have no current plans to sell on production rights for any of their vessels. We will however be willing to transfer on maintenance and parts contracts to any bidders.

Any vessels currently operational will be the property of Drukenwell Shipyards to sale off as they wish in this auction. After end of date of auction all production and design rights of the above listed vessels will transfer to Mon Calamari Shipyards. The Techno Union will retain a 30% discount for any future purchase of these designs.

Our Bid for design rights post auction for the above listed designs will be 250,000,000 credits paid at the end of auction. Funds will be paid by [member="Lan Porgata"] of the Intergalactic Banking Clan against 5% share in Mon Calamari Shipyards until payment in full.

If these terms are acceptable please contact MCS to finish the details of design transfer.

Any other Druckenwell Shipyard designs you may wish to add to this contract are welcome. In fact I would be interested in purchasing the entire Druckenwell Shipyards if that option is available.

Obviously narrative and story shall be made from this, just like the nationalization of Spaarti being put toward healthcare use rather than cloning armies is a working story hook!

We can seek to gain these as way for any of these companies to take on manufacturing them for the Republic per OOC Tier development for new government contracts allowing any of these new companies to play build IC.

I absolutely love Lurceshulks and would love to see them as both an addition to the Republic Navy as well as mass freighters again for transporting of goods in an eventual piece of legislation I hope to introduce IC to better allow Tier growth for companies that work with us pub types.
