Also, 150 million credits for the Attrition's plans, 10 million for the Subjugator's plans, 50,000 for the Exalt's plans, 40,000 for the Sigma's plans, 10,000 for the heat droid, 1000 for the wrist sabers, 1000 for the heavy blaster, 5000 for the quadtech armor, and 7500 for the water exploration vehicle.

Bids are definitely still own, but it is just for the ships, not production rights. If you want the rights, speak to the authors themselves.
