Oh celestials the bitter, bitter irony of such a statement...
I pinged both my respective Senators with an addendum to the authorization for an additional 2,000,000 to the Grievous SD bid raising it to 137,000,000, now I simply awaited for approval as well as additional funding if necessary.
I could only act to a certain extent as the Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, but the more I moved credits to this the more I risked coming under scrutiny from the Oversight committee if I act alone.
Such was the pain of being in a Republic rather than an Imperial government.
I sighed but patience was the name of the game.
The Auction was for several weeks so for now this cautious build up on the bid would be fine.
I was surprised at the amount KeCholo placed up on to bid though. What ever the Black Tie Syndicate was it certainly would be something for the Justice Ministry to perhaps look into.
Likely a criminal organization, or maybe a really fancy suit company that I haven't heard of yet...

@Everyone Unfortunatly, it seems the production rights are not for sale for pretty much all the ships. I'm happy to sell the rights to the stuff I made though, and probably the other tech. Until told otherwise, we are just selling a (large) quantity of each of the ships for sale.
