[INFORMATION] The Spy Network

In 300 BBY, the Bothan Clans created a network of spies so effective and widespread that they twice managed to steal a set of plans for the Death Star Superweapons, earned the ire of most species as spies and double crossers, and was both respected and feared by all intelligence division of the day.
After over a thousand years, the network is being rebuilt. The result is a network that may be a rather far cry from it's predecessor, but different times call for some changes.
Officially, the Spynet is the invisible eyes and ears of the CIS. They can move without fear of relations, exist only as numbers on a payroll, and keep contact with each other at a minimal outside of missions.
All members of the Spynet also hold positions in other parts of the Confederacy, be they real or fake ones, as to reduce suspicions for them frequenting CIS space.

Headquarters:
The Spynet has locations and safehouses on most planets in Confederate space, but only three stand as headquarters. The Bothuwai location, currently the Viceroy's office, but it will change with each Spymaster. The Roon location, where the Minister of Force chooses, and will change dependent on the Knights Obsidian. And finally, the Spymaster's ship, the Umbra, which is a mobile command base for the SpyNet.

The Ministries:
The SpyNet is divided into three ministries. The first, the Ministry of Force, is exclusive to those in the Net who specialize in using the Force. They serve alongside the other divisions, but act as a separate unit. There may be the purchase of some datacrons for this as well for force training later on. The second, the Ministry of Death, acts as the enforcers of the SpyNet, extracting agents who need support and performing assassinations when need be. The third, the Ministry of Knowledge, is by far the most important and biggest of the ministries. It specializes in information gathering and infiltration.

Chain of Command:
-Spymaster: This figure controls the Spynet, keeping everything running smoothly. They act as the voice of the Net in the government, and manage the funds for research and development. While this position is stated to only be available to Bothans, the Spymaster is secretive enough that one may never know his species.
-Ministers: The Ministers are the heads of the Ministries, and the most experienced agents there are in their fields. They form the Council of Ministers, which leads the SpyNet in the Spymaster's absence.
-Senior Agent: These are very experienced agents who know more tricks than most smugglers. They not only train new recruits, but are often tasked with planets or even Sectors to manage the SpyNet interests in.
-Agent: The most basic rank inside the SpyNet, these operatives act as the backbone of the Net. They are the infiltrators and assassins, the Knights and Infochants. If you're new to the Net, this is your rank unless otherwise noted.

Prototype Lab Q:
The SpyNet, as it needs to be as discreet as possible, has a team of scientists and engineers that serve to supply agents with the weapons and tools necessary for the job. They are Prototype Lab Q, and they make their base on the Umbra.

The Umbra:
The Umbra is the Mobile Base of the SpyNet. It houses an array of computers and a specialized holonet system, a weapons lab, a Starship design factory, and a chemical/bioweapon lab.

Equipment:
Starfighters:
-X-57 Reek: A Starfighter designed to survive escaping a blockaded planet. Traded missiles for better shields.
Weapons:
-Stiletto Weapons Platform: A three-mode weapon system capable for use in sniping, personal defence, or rapid fire stun bolts.
Other:
-Hypermoler: A variation on the Cyinade tooth, this instead released a stimulant that pushes the body and mind into overdrive, causing the reflexes of a non-force user to match one of apprentice or even low knight level, depending on the baseline. After a few minutes, the painkillers wear off, and migraines follow for days after. Use with caution.
-Rapid Extraction and Deployment System (R.E.D.S.): A specialized Assention gun with built-in zipline. Please do not use for recreation.
-Spectre-1: A memory-comparing drug that makes the target fall unconscious for three to five minutes, followed by amnesia, lightheadedness, and headaches.

[member="Pravis Sharman"] Alright. Anything I should know about you in general? Specialties, skills, etc.
[member="Marek Starchaser"] If I need help with something, I'll contact you.
Did you ever finish the sector ships, by the way?

Corey's OOC

And where were the spiders
Things got crazy. Contact me with what you'd like... I am working on rebuilding a shuttle ship for the spies. Think Naboo shuttle meets nondescript freighter

He's a mixture of brute force and a stealthy operative, and he is a calm and collected man, so he could work well in diplomacy.

Just a little notice that since this thread is the important description of the SpyNet, I'm going to pin it and label it.

[member="Pravis Sharman"] Alright. Which Ministry would you prefer?
[member="Marek Starchaser"] I'll look into it. May try and make something myself, but I'm not sure at the moment. I hate starship creation.
[member="Atretes Rhoujen"] Sorry.
And, as he's asked about it, best tag [member="Raziel"]

Sorry? For what? It's neither an inconvenience or anything you could've done yourself -- I was just letting you know what I was doing! :D

[member="Pravis Sharman"] [member="Raziel"] Alright. Signing you two up for Ministry of Force. Most training will come from the Knights Obsidian (still want to call them the Templars).
[member="Seanna Vel"] Sweet. Same question I asked Pravis: Anything I should know about your skill set or specialities?

[member="Seanna Vel"] Basicly, the Force Users of the Spynet. I'm working on acquiring some basic datacrons and other things useful for forcies. Recently, this included ten Taozin Bracelets.

Three Force users so far. Now I need to find a minister for you all.

[member="Strask Ak'lya"] Here to finding a good one for the group.

Yea I really think this fits her like a glove.

I'm going to have to do training with her to different ways to act or not act in different skins of hers.

Hell raiser I don't think will work every time. :p It does with the slave dom.
