It's far better to rule and everyone knows it. You may ruffle feathers but your decisions and choices are your own, and you're not afraid to make people know that. You take the good and the bad, but you come across like you believe in what you're doing.

Innocent. I choose to believe (most) officials are put into positions of power because they have earned it, or because the people have put them there because they believe he/she can make a difference.
