I think mine would do less damage since it's just one projectile, I know Kaida has multiple projectiles launched at you and they are ice based, not sure about Mia but I think she has a scattergun which at point blank range as you are now would be really bad?

But then again my shattergun has tendency of shattering bones it passes through due to speed I don't know whether I specified but it would be aimed either at Hal's chest, the largest target on his body, or his hips, since that would disable him
