All the while his eyes did not leave hers, he was studying her. She was holding back which was good, she was testing him and all he would give was random styles that did not seem to fit together. Valdra was master of none of the styles and only proficient, but if she gave it thought as to why he knew so many different styles she would draw possibly one of two conclusions. Ether he was merely a a practitioner of many different forms and master of none, or he was master of a form that required him to be fluent in many different forms in order to fuly understand the form which he had chosen to master. The conclusion she came up with, if Valdra could figure out her conclusion, would tell him a lot about her. The Sith way appeared to be attack with everything first and never learn about the person they had slain. A swordsman's way would be to know your opponent fully and only reveal what was enough to defeat the enemy.
Valdra knew his enemy, he knew her very well, Corvus Raaf. From the moment his parents were killed by the Sith, young Hakora had been training night and day to be the best fighter, to bring justice and peace. He had trained under his sister, but the Sith had destroyed Alderaan and his home. He sought the Jedi, the Keepers of Peace, surely they were why he was training. Though he was rejected, seen as no better than a Sith, He was treated with great prejudice and the greatest offender, a Knight named Corvus Raaf. He tried to find a home in the Vitae Allaince, but even there he was treated as nothing more than a tool at Vulpesen's disposal. Why then had he joined the Sith, he still didn't know, but they accepted him. Sure Valdra was flamboyant at times, arrogant at others, but they accepted him, he even found something like a friend in his sworn enemy of [member="Darth Ferus"]. The Sith didn't seem so evil to him anymore. He had been fighting for peace, but the truth was, Peace is a lie.
Before him was merely a stepping stone to Corvus Raaf. She was a traitor to Valdra's family and he would enjoy making her pay. He musnt get to impatiant and reveal too much too fast, he was merely prepping her, testing her, seeking her weaknesses and her strengths.

Valdra laughed a little, "The dead cannot be annoyed by anything." When two duelist met in battle it was customary to test each other's skills. Valdra knew Makashi, probably not enough to compare to her in the area, but enough to know it's forms and how to test it. His first attack was an Ataru based attack which is an awful form to use against a Makashi user because it left openings, openings she did not take. His next form would be Jar'Kai with a bit of a twist from another form. Valdra pivoted his foot and brought both blades up and around him parallel to each other. He would pivot closer to her sending a Twin Strike from her right hip crossing to her left shoulder, a move he would expect her to block. Upon blocking he would deactivate his lightsaber in his right hand and reactivate it within the blink of an eye in the attempt to lock blades with his left saber and slash her with his right saber. All the while his eyes did not leave hers, he was studying her.
