It seemed common sense was prevailing and the time had come for them to leave.

"I'm headed to Denon," the Squib noted. He definitely was ready to get back to the trash heap. And would never complain about the occasional dianoga attack again. "But I can get a transport from Svivren or where ever you can put us off at."

No sense putting their savior any further out of her way than she'd already been.

Though, it seemed she was of a mind to return. The Squib's ears perked up at the mention. "If you're coming back here, then I'd be willing to help, but we'll need to get some parts and equipment before we come back here."

Better tracking. Better identification. And some weapon deployment designed around their enemy.

He had a couple of ideas in his head already.

"You're welcome.". Sebastian commented on Draco's speech as Jax appeared slightly after, along with the R9. Both seemed intact, although van Ruud knew that wasn't far from being the truth. He suspected it might be the first time for the rodent to face Osaghouls. How it would reflect on the Lepi's mind was a matter of time. "Jax! Get inside this ship, we getting out of here right now."

Once everyone got aboard and was about to depart from the damned miner, Sebastian decided to reveal his plans. For all he knew and was sure, the story with the Osaga isn't over. In fact, they were right into its beginning. "Once I'll get back to Svivren, I'll try to get permission from the Defense Forces to get better gear and some heavy weaponry. We definitely need some power here. Keep in mind that the Osaga is a massive ship, which means we need to double the effort on the investigation. Then we can return here and figure out how to make it not happen anywhere else. I simply don't want those things in the League space or even near its borders! Once we'll find a way to isolate the Herald, we'll need to do the best that we can. Then we can call it a day. And unless we finish the story, I ask you to keep your mouth shut. Panic on Svivren or close to it is the last thing I want. Jax, what've you found?".

"Believe it or not, there is a cult behind the event. Their beliefs centered on a so-called religion called Unification and they knew about Heralds long ago. In fact, it started from Korriban by a Sith named Muur, namely Karness Murr. From what I got, there are multiple Heralds in the Galaxy as the cult exist since when Palpatine was the Emperor. And the crew of this vessel has found the Herald not by an accident, the people on the bridge knew where they were heading. R-nine, show the artifact.". Jax said, ending his report. It was terrible news because now Sebastian starting to think they might face a Sith cult, so destroying the Herald may not stop from occurring the same incident. "Any thoughts? Captain?"

R9 obeyed with no objections and showed a hologram of a massive monolith structure. It looked like a stalactite with a pinpointed top. It also had some symbols all around its body. Was it a runic Sith language?

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
“Always gotta be a cult… I’ll take you to Denon, my little furry friend, and I’m fairly certain I’ll have that artifact before any forces can get here… hopefully. Extraction would be a lot more difficult having to avoid military personnel. Did they say how big it was?”

The astromech droid beeped on Draco's question and attempted to show the artifact's real size. The attempt failed because the hologram was too big to render and R9 suggested, that the object might weigh several tons. Extracting that thing won't be a problem with an intense enough tractor beam. However, the Herald was on lower decks where it currently resides, and getting there would be hard because of multiple technical issues.

"Even if it's possible to take away the artifact, I think getting there alone would be an issue. This ship has security protocols way stronger than on any of our mining vessels, I think they were developed not by RTL engineers. I'll try to get Osaga's schematics to better plan our routes and whatever happened on Korriban as the root cause might help us to find whoever initiated the mining in this sector. For now, I propose to be ready for the next trip.". Sebastian said and didn't drop a single word until Svivren. There were too many thoughts and they were far from good.

THE END
