La Connaissance Est le Pouvoir

Either because she could not or would not Raven was still basically glued to the bomb. In her mind she could hear hundreads of voices speaking at once while the overall feeling of being pulled inside and out was effecting her. Her yellow eyes were flaring back and forth into other colors. Her hair flared up and it seemed as though her body was starting to shake violently. She was trying to look back to both [member="Darth Praelior"] [member="Darth Timoris"] for help but was struggling. Whatever force had a hold on her it was not letting go, only hurting all the more.

Darth Timoris

To err is human, to forgive divine. And I'm no god
Melori realised why it was that Raven hadn't shared her plan. Because she no doubt expected they'd talk her out of it. And the words of Bane echoed in her head. 'Honour is a fool's prize. Glory is of no use to the dead.'

Her approach was to see what Balaya would do. She was thankful that whatever it was had latched on to Raven and not her - and self-preservation was a powerful motivator right now. But layered on to that were two further thoughts. One was that Raven was a fellow Sister. They were not here to gain at her expense as many Sith would no doubt speculate. They were a family - a true family.

And to help that thought gain prominence, she also surmised that to do nothing invited whatever was attacking Raven to gain strength and p[potentially attack her too.

But how do you fight a Thought Bomb? And if you win, does it go off?
