Actuallly, a Crown Prince and his Advisor (@Jairdain).

Though, I haven't decided how seecret he's going to be about his involvement yet. Gir is designing him a modified fighter that will be modified and purchased under an alias. So there's at least the possibility Brad could keep his involvement more or less secret from the parents ([member="Lady Kay"], [member="Veiere Arenais"]).

We'll see if he gets himself blown up or something, lol.
