Lakeside Love [Coci Sinopi]

Nina would for the longest time do nothing but look up at the woman. She didn't fully understand why she was here, even though her father had assured her she was a friend. She seemed friendly enough, but like most small children Nina was very wary of strangers and only fully trusted her father. She removed her hand from Coci's and slid off her chair before settling in her father's lap, nuzzling into his chest. Her short arms reached around his neck as the two embraced eachother, Thurion cradling her in his arms.

"It's alright, sweetie. It's alright..." he soothed her, holding her tight. He glanced over her shoulder over at Coci. "You didn't do anything wrong; she takes a long time to start trusting others. She just needs time to get used to you, is all", he assured her. "Nina, would you like to be excused?" he spoke into her mind, to which she nodded softly. Giving her a loving kiss on the cheek, he lowered her down onto he floor before patting her head. Again she looked at Coci with wide eyes, eventually turning around to walk out the kitchen with soft steps.

"She was never a big eater, anyway", he said while reaching across the table to hold Coci's hand in his. He raised it to his mouth and gave it a kiss - anything to let her know she'd done nothing wrong and that he wished her to stay.

Nina's reaction had not surprised Coci, in fact she expected it. As Thurion took her hand to reassure her, Coci smiled at him her understanding. Although Coci has not been around children much, she was once one herself and knew of this fear of strangers.

"It is alright Thurion it was to be expected", she said even though they are together nothing is more important then the little girl not even them. "I don't want to go, but I must. I will not allow her to be held up in her room because of my presence here, this is her home not mine and I don't want her feeling uncomfortable in her our house. I would love to move in with you and Nina but not until she gives that her blessing", she tired to smile more to reassure him now. "This will take time, I know that and we need to be patient. I love you so very much".

Thurion would frown slightly at the notion of her leaving. "Let's at least finish our breakfast. I'll run out and get you some new clothes to wear, or are you looking to make me jealous by sauntering around wearing nothing but a shirt?" he smirked, his fingertips now caressing her hand and up her arm, passing her wrist. He got off his chair and walked over to sit next to the woman he loves. "I love you more", he teased before closing in for a deep, loving kiss. He pulled her in for an embrace with one hand while the other caressed her cheek, brushing away a few strands of hair.

She relaxed in his embrace and united with him through the kiss once more. Her hands moved up his arms and around his shoulders holding him to her. She did not wish go either but had too, after breakfast.

"I was going to borrow your shirt so I have reason to return .. I still have my skirt.... somewhere", she smiled. If she is honest, her heart did sink at the thought of going now. But Nina's well being is far more important. A sense of sadness built up in her and she tried to push it away so he would not sense it.

"I hope to see you again very soon?". She asked not daring to hope.

When the time came and she was about to leave, he followed her to the door. He held her hand the entire time, not wanting to ever let go. "Well... Take care of yourself. We'll see eachother soon, I promise." It was all he could do to attempt to hide his wanting her. But the facade would only last so long. He couldn't keep away from her any longer.

He pressed her against the closed door, pinning her to it as his lips sought hers with a fiery passion. Should this be the last they saw of eachother, even spending a day apart, he wanted her to feel his love for her one last time. His lips then trailed down along her neck to kiss her collarbone, gently pulling away her shirt to expose her shoulder as he did.

A sharp intake of breath was smothered by a passionate kiss. His lips finding hers and there was no hesitation in her to return the power of it . Her head turned toward his blonde hair as he moved to her collarbone .. taking in his scent once more and nuzzling there with her eyes closed. Her hand threaded around his waist and held him close to her. A smile began form on her lips, she overwhelming emotion of love filled her and he would sense that.

However, Coci did not press on further. Although she wanted him more then the air they breathed, she moved her hands to his face and cupped his cheeks to look into his eyes. She smiled more as she remain gazing into those blue eyes, she would not say a word as she turned to open the door.

Standing in the hallway, Coci looked back and considered him further, he would know where to find her, there was no need of communication between save through their eyes. She smiled and turned her head away and left. Each step heavy and her heart began to feel a sense of loss the further she went.

She knows he loves her and it is returned equally.
