Looking for Kujo on Lujo [OS Dominion of Lujo]

Objective: Beer and booze and stuff.
Allies: Vrag | Darth Valtryx

"I've been known to partake from time time to time..." He smiled as he walked up and snagged the bottle from her hand. With a devilish grin, he sipped the whiskey for a moment before wiping his mouth and returning the jug - already clearly approaching empty. He watched Vrag out of the corner of his eye, a subtle pause, as he looked back to the ongoing construction. "I've always had a knack for reading people. Perhaps the longevity of my life, or maybe it's the fact that I've been so engaged in the world of pain and turmoil. I've learned to understand people to a high degree."

He smiled as he spoke, thinking of the gashes and wounds cut from the world as he surveyed and declared his domain. For a wandering sith lord, so set in his ways, anything could land beneath his purview - and subsequently his boot. "Pazaak, Sabacc...all games of the face. Those tell-tales, like the flinch of a finger before the trigger pulls. The draw of fear across the face of a man that has met his better. I enjoy the gamble, when the stakes are right." He turned to Vrag, gesticulating towards the facility - it was coming along nicely. "Why Vrag...if I didn't know any better, I would suspect you plan to turn this place into a haven of mischief and debauchery?" All of which were things he was a fan of, given the right circumstance.

Kiran shifted within the sands.

“I'm trying to relax...” A sip of the alcohol was had in between his spoken words. “...and my freaking cousin is throwing sand at me.”

Thats all he said as he took another sip, looking at her and grinning.

There wasn't much else to be said. The Son of Titan only had forty eight hours of rest and leave, he was going to make the most of it. Lujo wasn't a paradise world, but he wasn't exactly worried about that. He had a beach, he had warm winds, he had cool water, and...well at least mildly good company.

What more could he ask for?

Of course the answer to that was simple, lots. He could have asked for more money, more women, more power. Yet he didn't need any of that. Kiran was more than happy to be himself, more than happy to have what he had. His life wasn't bad, violent, but definitely not bad. Truthfully, he didn't mind it at all.

A cheeky grin went flashing at his direction, lavender eyes dancing with mischief as a pair of Titan Industries sunglasses went perching over her nose.

One coral finger would push them up the bridge as she gave a shimmy of comfort, the sun warming her completely bare skin. Maybe she'll turn a darker mauve for her efforts!

"Quit your whining, you're fine!" she'd chide him with notable humor, only to nod over at his shorts. "Since when are you such a prude?" she'd ask, amused. She took a sip of her beer, enjoying the hop infused taste. Normally she had a finer selection, but there was nothing wrong with good ol' hops.

"Has your time away from home made you so... quaint?"

Melori was pleased her idea hadn’t been shot down in flames. Either it was a decent idea or he was as clueless as she was.

She saw him sniffing the air and then caught the other animals following suit. Whatever it was, her Corellian nose wasn’t going to pick up anything, so she didn’t even try. But before long even she could detect it, even if she couldn’t exactly describe it. And if that was puzzling, the next event certainly was. Half of the deer went one way and the other half went the other.

Even to someone who wasn’t a wildlife expect, this made very little sense. Whatever was generating that smell should have the same effect on all of the creatures. The fact that the young were drawn to it and the older ones spooked by it confused her. But then it dawned on her that she’d answered her own riddle. Those that knew better were clearly overriding their natural inclination to be drawn to the scent. It looked as though they’d found their predator.

Or, as Melori now liked to think of it – it had found them. But against her better judgement she followed the other Sith, her hand now gripping her blaster and her eyes scanning the surrounding forest for any signs of movement.

She accepted the bottle happily, greedily chugging down whatever remained of their poison of choice. With a disappointed expression on her face, the woman peered into the newly emptied flask, pouting ever so slightly as she shook it. "You should've taken more," she accused him offhandedly and cast the former whiskey away without a second glance.

"My, such big words, Rev," she chuckled, slapping him across the back. "Can you back them up?" As the Sith Lord had undoubtedly learned by now, Vrag was less of a talker and more of a doer, enjoying a display of capability through deeds much more than through finely woven speech.

Her grin spread wider, blue eyes twinkling in mischief as they crested the hill upon which the monastery would someday sit, looking down upon the rolling plains and valleys below. If she were less buzzed, the Knight would've stopped to appreciate the sight, but in that moment his cheeky suggestion occupied her mind too much to focus on such peripheral details.

"Now there's a thought," she drawled slowly, tapping her lower lip with an armored finger as she circled the construction site. The force brought in was already hard at work, erecting foundations and putting in the first building blocks. All in all, the embassy seemed to be progressing quickly and efficiently; just the way she liked it.

"You know, that's actually quite the brilliant idea," the woman nodded sagely. "I don't know, though… what sort of ambassadors are we going to put in here? Because if you're thinking what I'm thinking, I want to be an ambassador too." She finished with a wolfish grin as they continued making their rounds, looking all Sith-like and generally instilling a good pace in the slaves paid workers.

There really wasn't a need for the Host Lord's support but her starship dropped out of hyperspace as it was being resupplied by Sith forces. Lujo, an unremarkable world in this woman's eyes. Anja gazed out of her dreadnought's viewports as Sith supply ships began to dock and resupply her vessel. "What's going on here?", she muttered.

The ship's captain approached the deck, "It looks like another territory has fallen into Sith hands, Your Worship. Their supply ships have docked, our consumables are being replenished.", he said. The man's eyes were weary from the many journeys along the One Sith's campaign for the core.

Without any remark for the operation she retreated to her personal chambers to rest. A few escort ships aided in the patrol of this particular region, chatter between Primeval and Sith vessels was unusually active as a relationship grew between the two. Startling synergy, really, for who would've thought either could've grown close in such time... The galaxy has changed, what that meant for it depended entirely on which sides one took. For the Sith, Primeval, and their mutual allies it meant a new age was born but for their dwindling enemies it was likely a dark one.

He looked at her for a moment.

“When you're digging sand out of parts of you where sand is not supposed to be, then you can talk to be about being quaint.Kiran said taking another sip.

Oh no. He had made that mistake once, and it had seen him with a night of sitting uncomfortably just cause he hadn't had the chance to shower before being called away on a mission. He wasn't about to take a chance on this again, not with how those damn bodysuits fit him, it was far more trouble than it was worth.

“Though I suppose you'll have a good explanation for your next customer as to why you’re so irritable.” He grinned at her, then shifted his gaze towards the oceans once more.

"Look Kiki, I know you must be jealous of my talents," she'd start with heavy mocking sarcasm, amusement dripping from her voice as she'd gesture with her beer bottle.

"And frankly, I can't blame you," she'd continue, a cheeky grin coming to play as she'd tease, "But maybe if you quit taking it on the bottom, you'd stop getting sand up where the sun don't shine."

She gave a slight jiggle as she'd chuckle. A wicked grin crept over her face

"I can teach you, y'know." she took another sip of her beer, smacked her lips then said," How to be top. " it was a conversation that if it were anyone other than than Zeltrons, would be quite the awkward eavesdropping. But the banter was said in good humor considering her training.

Khan Ra

Khan followed the young deer-like creatures closely, watchihing ahead to see where they were traveling. They were getting deeper and deeper into the woods- the odd wide-b ranched trees of the planet were forming a low but dense canopy above them. The scent grew thicker as they moved deeper, eventually getting to the point where a fine green mist could be seen in the shafts of sunlight that came through the canopy.

Without warning, an impossibly fast black object snapped out from the low canopy, grabbing at one fo the deer creatures. The deer was too large for the predator to pick up, but that didn't matter much. After the sudden flash of black, almost too fast to see, blood and ripped tossue flew up from the deer's back, who abruptly fell to the ground. The other deer were beginning to sap out of it now. But it was much too late: more impossibly fast arms snapped down from the canopy, ripping apart spines and goring flesh. One or two deer got out uninjured, another got out with his back open, but spine unexposed. Perhaps he would live another day.

The predators did not seem to pay any attention to the two Sith. Rather, ass soon asmassive black shapes lowered themselves from the low canopy. The creatures were like a cross between a praying mantis and a beetle; like a giant beetle who's middle legs prop them up, and massive front legs serve as matid arms. They were huge, extremely fast, and something about their protective wing casings- Could they fly, too? Khan doubted it- suggested that they may be extremely durable as well.. Khan glanced back at Melori, such as the creatures began ripping into the deer carcases with massive serated mandibles. "We found them."

"Oh, that's just fine," she glared at Reverance with open anger, snatching another bottle of whiskey from the crate they'd opened earlier. They had made full circle around the construction site, inspecting every brick, every worker and every machine; or that's what they had supposedly done, anyway. Considering they were the only Sith around, Vrag didn't feel any need to alter that story to reflect reality. In truth, the two had disappeared mid-stroll to entertain themselves in the surrounding forest, strengthening the familiarity that had grown between them through slaughter and carnage.

Such a fine relationship, no?

Not that broken people like them could expect much more, really, and Reverance was one of the few that she would allow underneath her armor. Okay, that is a lie. The Knight allowed a fair number of people under her armor, but almost all of those were left completely to her mercy; she would never let go of the reins, not even in bed.

Curiously enough, with Gabriel there was no need for that — perhaps because they were so much alike, but who knows? — and Vrag found she didn't really mind. After all, how could you not lust after those sexy scars? Uh, don't answer that, actually.

They emerged from the bushes somewhat flushed, but unless one looked close enough to see the loosely buckled straps on their armor, nobody would be none the wiser. Nar Shaddaa Pazaak was a game that knew no shame, and both of them played it well.

Ha! Not what you thought it was, huh? Pervert.
