Kandosii's arms would be quickly pinned to his chest as he held his forearms up in self-defense; Either way he found himself entangled in the cord as he was in a kneeling position, struggling to break free. Despite his size, his full strength had not returned. If it had he would have easily been able to break free of the whipcord given how his arms were positioned in such a way where it would be a mere matter of pushing his arms out away from his body; alas he was still worn down from the carbonite freezing as he glared at Koda, his gaze seeming to pierce through both their helmets.

There would be a long drawn out silence between the two as Kandosii stared at Koda. This was by no means someone that Kandosii recognized from memory. Nor did he recognize his brother in arms because of how starkly different he had become since he last spoke to the one he called Doubles back in the day. It was like he was staring at a mirror; cold. Through gritted teeth, he muttered, spelling out his digits " C T 0 8 1 3... "

All too many things flooded into his mind. He knew those digits, he knew all their digits. It was their second name despite how much every clone despised being another number. Externally, Fett was firm but breathing heavily through gritted teeth- tense, perhaps too tense even. This was the worst possible outcome. Actually, no, the worst outcome was Evonne being released from stasis and fully aware of all the atrocities he had done. Only that could top this. A second turned into seconds, seconds turned into tens of seconds, tens of seconds turned into a minute. "CT. Zero-Eight-One-Three?" He paused, staring with the same contempt with arms now folded over his torso.

"Advanced Recon Commando, Lieutenant Zero-Eight-One-Three. Heavy Weapons Specialist, Clawbird Team." Spoken in a way manner of disbelief, spilling all the facts onto the table internally screaming for 'Scrapper' to deny him this truth. Tell him that it simply isn't the case. Yet still, deep down he knew with absolute certainty who this man was.

Kandosii stared at the man before him. He recognized that Koda was a Fett clone like him, the way he spoke and the physique, but he was dressed like a hunter, meaning that they were likely working for the Empire that he had spent his days fighting. Little did Kandosii know that the Empire that he fought had long since fallen, nor did he realize that he had just been awakened from centuries upon centuries of carbon stasis. He'd push himself off the ground as he stood up while Koda repeated back his digits. He was still defiant to the clone as he growled.

As far as Kandosii knew his brothers in Clawbird were either missing in action or serving the old Galactic Empire. He had hopes during Order 66 that his brothers had been better than that, to have taken his lead in disobeying an order that led to the slaughter of Jedi. Any clone that was still in service was either serving the Empire or hunted down and terminated; perhaps it was Kandosii's time that ran out in his mind, and this was his day of reckoning. He was about to put up a final lash and fight till he was dead but stopped himself as Koda began to recite rank and specialization.

The large Fett clone paused as he stared at Koda. Few people knew of his past as an ARC trooper given that Clawbird was a squad that was shrouded in mystery, and even fewer knew that he belonged to Clawbird as well. What if this was some sort of trick? Or the Empire had fed this information to the Clone? He didn't know. Everything was just a haze and rushing at him all at once. Could it be Aay'han? No, he would have recognized if it was Aay'han immediately. None of his brothers seemed to match with the clone that stood before him as he spoke with a questioning tone, " Who are you? "

The Mandalorian despised the very thought of such events taking place, but no matter what there was no escaping them now- they were set in full swing. The Hunter's right hand reached into one of his many pouches, retrieving an encased holo-device. Several presses of a button later and a brief collection of the current events of this galaxy had taken place, even answering as to who Fett. It didn't allow Kandosii to know literally everything, but it gave an insight as to the world he joined.

Fett was unwavering, and unmoving- simply presenting the information. It was odd that such a thing was prepared, but in a way perhaps Koda hoped such a thing would transpire, even if he told himself otherwise. A funny thing, that.

Kandosii watched as he was presented with a holo device, gauging the information being presented to him as he kept Koda within his gaze. It was quite a lot of information to process, but based on the current date, it was apparent that any semblance of the past was long gone. Yet here the two Fett clones stood, both hundreds of years ahead of their time. Kandosii was still not convinced. If they were hundreds of years past the Clone Wars, then how was it that a Fett clone had made it this long? He knew that the Fett clones were discontinued by the Empire and their template lost. So how did this Fett clone before him exist? And even more puzzling was how he knew who he was as well.

Kandosii spoke in a firm tone still not having received an answer he wanted. " Identify yourself soldier. What are your digits? "He was certain that the clone that stood before him was one of his brothers in arms, it was only a matter of figuring out which. It certainly was not Ponyboy, as Ponyboy was the smallest and most timid of Clawbird. Udess'ir was long dead, Kandosii had watched him get torn in half by a massive worm. Knowing Walker, he probably died in some horrific vehicular crash. That left Vanguard, Mimic, and Doubles.

Another one of those signature long and silent stares took over the man behind the T-Shaped Visor. Contemplation filled his mind, running the possibilities of regret. In reality, it didn't matter all too much. Fett successfully made himself an enigma, and the odds of someone directly linking to his background made him uneasy. Alas, maybe it was about time he faced the past instead of running from it. It's what she would of wanted of him.

"Forty-four, twenty-two." It'd be enough to identify himself to Manda, or 'Scrapper' as Koda knew him. He was a close friend, once- family, even. They always did get along, and hopefully now such a thing could persist.

Kandosii stared into that expressionless T-visor that Koda wore. The larger clone would step forward despite having his arms wrapped tightly to his chest. He would pause about two feet away from Koda as he looked down at the clone clad in Mandalorian armor, a long drawn out silence as Koda had revealed his digits to Kandosii, or as his former brethren referred to him as Scrapper.

Kandosii would break the silence as he began to let out a raspy chuckle, something he had not found himself doing since the Empire rose to power back in their time. He was shaking his head in disbelief as he looked back up at Koda with his head cocked at an angle before speaking, " Doubles...? Kriffin' hell, you were one of the last people I would have expected to see in...Forever. " He would shake his head as he found himself before one of his brothers in arms, a grin under his helmet.

'Doubles' didn't share the same feelings 'Scrapper' had. There was no smile beneath his helmet, no joy residing within him, only the feeling as if he finally let it all catch up. It all could of been avoided if only he was strong enough in mind to leave him for dead. Maybe things might of panned out differently that way, made them easier as it were. Fett's arms crossed over his chest, unbudging in his movement, stance or even posture. As if he was a droid incapable of changing such things. Koda had become considerably less human as time had gone on, or so it seemed.

"Don't." The Clone blurted out with an agitated tone, persisting with it seconds later, "That man is dead, both officially and unofficially." It's true- on record ARC-4422 is listed as K.I.A after a catastrophic explosion took his life on Coruscant. The truth was far worse, however. "Get used to it. Nothing is as it were."

Kandosii was close to Koda as the lack of tension in the whipcord around him was no longer present, making it so that the large clone could wiggle them loose before they slipped off his form. Kandosii would raise his hands up as he cracked his knuckles, finally being able to stretch properly now that he was free of his carbonite prison and regaining his strength rapidly. Kandosii would just make a simple gesture of walking past as he rapped his knuckles against Koda's helmet before walking over to the scattered crates, looking from one to the other, shoving some that were stacked up with relative ease.

As Kandosii was rummaging around the cargo hold, Koda would snap back with a remark as Kandosii paused and looked over his shoulder, " Kriffin' hell man, you're about as uptight as Aay'han was before he turned to the drink. At least make it seem like you missed me after all these years. Speakin' of which. How the hell did you end up here if I was frozen in carbonite for over eight hundred years? " Kandosii would stop at one crate as he attempted to pry it open. After a few failed attempts he would raise his fist as he brought it down on a panel, smashing it as it sparked and causing the lock to fail, unsealing the crate.

As Kandosii dug around in the crate he would sift through the items as he grabbed a hefty object and lifted it up. Koda might recognize it as Kandosii's signature weapon; a Z-6 rotary cannon with additional metal plates for protection attached as he pulled the wind up trigger, the barrels spinning rapidly, having been preserved in the air tight container over the years. The gun would wind down as he turned to face Koda, " Well some things don't change. We're both alive and here aren't we? You might say you've changed, but I still remember you as I did before Clawbird was disbanded. Can't bury the past when you're still breathing. "

Kandosii's hand found it lightly pushed away as the Bounty Hunter raised his right hand. That may be interpreted several ways, but primarily abrasiveness. It's what he was most known for nowadays. That and merciless slaughter, kidnapping and disintegrations. Though all-in-all, he wasn't known as a person of the people. Perhaps in another life when everything isn't so... out of place. Fett's hand made it's way back over his chest, rejoining his left arm as he took a step towards the door, simply watching Manda as he tore open a crate and revealed his weapon, even spilling a harsh, verbal reality. It's true, and Koda hated that.

"Grab your 'things' if you want to get off this rock." The Mandalorian mentioned after ignoring the truth Kandosii said, stepping in the direction of the door. "Name a place and I'll drop you off. Then we part ways." His tone cold and disconnected. Whilst some part of him may have been thrilled to see 'Scrapper' once more, the rest of him wasn't. He couldn't leave him for dead, but he had to get rid of him. This was the best alternative.

Kandosii set down his Z-6 next to the crate as he reached in and grabbed some other gear that was outdated in accordance to the time that they were in, but some still held their utility values. He would reach in as he took a large backpack and stuffed it with as much energy cells, ammo and grenades as he could fit, locking a large drum to the bottom of the backpack as he slung it over his shoulder and on his back. There would be a short, old blaster shotgun that he clipped to the side of the backpack as well as a DC-15S that he clipped to the opposite side.

Kandosii seemed to flex and walk off the rust that had developed, seeming to have become a lot peppier and energetic as he scooped his Z-6 off the ground and swung it so that it rested on his shoulder as he followed Koda. Koda seemed quite apt on getting rid of Kandosii quickly, but for old time's sake, the larger clone had to strike up his old sense of humor, " C'mon now. Eight hundred and change years of history lessons I gotta brush up on and you want to ditch me that easily? About as foolhardy as you wanting to claim that one rocket is worth more than one kill. And for the record, that droid base still only counted as one. "

Kandosii would roughly nudge Koda's shoulder as he chuckled at the memory. An old stealth operation back on a CIS base during the clone wars where they had been sent to rescue some captured boys from the 501st and had a rather nasty run-in with Grievous, an operation that ended with the whole base going nuclear after Doubles had planted explosives on their reactor. Twas a hell of a mission indeed when they were supposed to be sneaky.

The shorter of the two slowed his pace, ensnared by the memory that flooded back to him. It was always memorable, but just shoved to the deeper corners of his mind- but 'Scrapper' had less time pass for him, Koda figured those memories were simply more fresh in the others mind despite the years. "Hmph." Fett retorted with a huff, feeling amusement for a hot moment, but quickly subsiding once the pace was picked back up, moving at a regular rate. Knowing full well from memory that those Phase II Helmets assisted with vision in lower light areas.

"You can sell that armour for a good price. It's an artefact." Koda attempted to distract Kandosii from his antics, focusing on the world he was in for the better of the two. Whatever was on this ship had no concern to Fett, he simply desired an exit and a way off the rock he oh so hates. If only Fett had the firepower to blow this planet up purely out of spite.

Kandosii chuckled to himself as he himself was being reminded of some crazy stunts they had pulled together as a squad back during the Clone Wars. They were good memories indeed, despite all the bad that had occurred in the past. The negatives in life were never something that Kandosii tried intentionally to dwell on, seeing it as a much more purposeful endeavor to see and remember things from a good perspective. As the Z-6 was resting on his shoulder with one hand on the grip, the other would tap the side of his helmet as if he were trying to hit water out of his ear.

The two Fett clones would step out back into the open air outside of the ship as Kandosii took a moment to look around, " Whew...And I thought Walker had everyone beat as far as bad crashes go...How the hell...? " Kandosii was interrupted as Koda brought up the suggestion of selling his armor. " Hey, this armor's kept me alive through some rough skrag in the war. Callin' me an antique now Doubles? Barely been a hot minute in the future and you're already trying to rail me harder than Ponyboy did back on Nar Shadaa. "

"You're out of date; redundant. The armour is the same." The Bounty Hunter mentioned to 'Scrapper' scanning the area ahead of him for further dangerous wildlife. Choosing to opt out of responding to the Ponyboy remark. Shame he's dead, he was a good... man? If you could even call him that. He always came off as just another boy, needing a protector. The Medic of the team went missing months before the war, Koda always assumed he died. It's all that made sense.

"Name a planet or I drop you off in the nearest half-civilised star system." Fett wasn't bluffing. Kandosii's reminiscing was become irritating, and tiresome. None of it was all that entertaining to Koda, only something he never wanted to hear.

Kandosii's shoulder would shift as he readjusted the weight of the gun resting on his shoulder as he walked beside Koda, the same person, yet two starkly different personalities and minds now ever since the Clone Wars had ended. It made Kandosii wonder what had happened to Doubles that changed him. He always remembered the clone so differently than he was before. As Koda spoke he'd snap a quick remark back, " Yeesh, did a bantha shit on your porch this morning? "

The dawn had arrived as most of the creatures that lurked in the shadows retreated deep into the jungle, the chirps of less malicious birds filling the air. As the two clones ventured through the jungle to Koda's ship. Kandosii would reach behind his back as he made a motion for scratching his ass, rolling his neck a bit before walking up to the hull of Koda's ship and patting it, " Nice ship. Where'd the hell you pull this out of? " Kandosii seemed to have entirely ignored Koda's request to give him a planet to fly to. The bounty hunter was pretty much stuck with Kandosii for any length of time in the meantime.

Perhaps the nicer thing to do was at least speak to 'Scrapper', let him learn from Koda first-hand about the events of this Galaxy- the one far different from his own. Yet, Fett wasn't a very nice man. He was blunt, callous, unsympathetic and so on, all these traits that further go to show how little he truly cared about the big picture. Koda was a man of the here and now, but the here and now demanded Fett leave it. Seeking a locale in which this burden can be stripped from him. Even in his own mind he believed some happiness was to come of meeting one of them them once more. Apparently not.

"Stole it." Fett did offer in words, however.

Clambering up the ramp of the vessel and in the direction of the cockpit. Various lights, switches, hums and buzzes filled the cockpit as the thrusters violently roared. The vessel lifted itself up off of the ground, ascending into the stars after rotating it's flight stance, as it were. Flying upright. Here's hoping that Kandosii strapped himself in.

Kandosii let out a rather boisterous laugh as he punched Koda across the shoulder in a brotherly manner as he stated that he stole the vessel. " Ha, you rascal. Of course you did. Would have been disappointed if you said you got it like a good civil person. " Kandosii's gruff but joking personality was slowly returning to him despite having been like Koda as far as transitioning as a person after Order 66 was given. There was a flash of a memory; 'Execute Order 66' followed by his own men turning on one another. Before the memory overwhelmed him he shook it from his head as he looked back out at the jungle before boarding the ship.

The large clone would board the vessel as he sat down and strapped himself in. " Cozy. " Kandosii would go through the ship's nav computer, having picked up quickly how things worked since as an ARC they both had to adapt to unfamiliar situations quickly, looking for a place to get dropped off. As much as he wanted to remember the past and good times they had together, he had sensed that Doubles had something happen to him. As he was sifting through planets and systems he spoke up, a more serious and firm tone being used " So, you going to tell me what happened to you? "

Moments of silence filled the cockpit, even after Kandosii asked the question. One might excuse it as being focused on raising the vessel into the air and into the void, but in reality it was Koda mulling over whether or not to tell the truth- and how much of it. It was a hard question to ask oneself. The degree of truth was going to vary the probing of information Kandosii sought, and even his initial reaction plus whatever came next. In the end, Fett decided that the story he was going to tell was brief and vague.

"Faked my own death and ran away." The truth, however, far more sinister. Details untouched and unheard of as the amount of black ink that covered that incident made it nigh unreadable. It was true that Koda was officially a dead man, and in fact Koda never truly existed- only a man who decided who he'd be. Living a life he chose, not some predetermined lap dog.

He allowed seconds to pass if Manda hadn't replied, "Where to?" A simple question.

Kandosii glanced from one system to the next, seeming to have a particular place in mind as he listened to Koda's half assed response given. He knew the clone better than that and knew there was more to that story than he was leading him on to believe. Faking a death and running away was one thing, but that wasn't enough to warrant him becoming a completely changed man. He glanced over at Koda in the silence as he spoke, " C'mon Doubles, I know you better than that. You're like a domestic akk dog that knows it did something wrong and stays quiet. "

Kandosii would point at a planet in particular within Galactic Alliance space, bordering the First Order, pointing to Atrisia. He didn't say any witty or snarky comment following his last. It would be a long trip before they reached Atrisia from the Outer Rim as he looked over at Koda, expecting his brother to at least speak his mind freely. They had been through a lot together, even with the training to handle extreme stress, they had their moments.

"I said don't." Not moving his eyes away from he area ahead of him, engaging the hyperdrive. The white streaks flooding over the cockpits viewport before engulfing the two and the vessel into what was seemingly a large blue vortex of sorts. Fett wasn't an expert, he couldn't really explain what it was or what it looked like- just a rough account. If the sigh itself didn't confirm anything, the Artificial Intelligence that monitored the systems was there to confirm, "All systems are entirely operational, Koda Fett." It always was insistent on using the full name, there was likely programming Fett never bothered to adjust- suppose it never made him feel all too alone.

At least Kandosii knew the new name, now.

"The Order provided a good way out of that mess. I took it." Of course referring to the infamous Order that shattered the Republic and destroyed the Jedi. None of which he claimed just then was a lie, either. Yet of course, keep everything vague.
