Having changed into a comfy pair of faded blue jeans, a pastel pink tank top with a white long sleeve blouse over the top tied off at the waist, Briika was ready to go house hunting. The whole time [member="Kable Detta"] and her were looking at this place or that one in Braslin, the blonde's mind was comparing them to the one she'd already taken a look at on her own a couple of weeks prior to their nuptials. To Bree it just seemed perfect for the two of them with room to expand when the time came. Set on some acreage that the young Detta's could maintain a small farm on, it was close enough to Keldabe that commuting wouldn't be that much of a hardship for either one when needing to go into the capital city to work or get supplies.
Briika just smiled brightly when Kable said if she liked this next one he was ready to put down an offer.
"I was hoping you'd say that… I really do think it is the one," she answered, squeezing his hand that she'd been holding as they sped along the dirt road that led towards the log cabin homestead.
When the speeder stopped in front of the house, Briika jumped out and rounded the vehicle with gusto.
"Come on… I want to show you the inside first," she smiled, then tugged on his hand, which seemed to be the usual for the couple. Entering the small two-story
yaim made out of logs, she let go of his hand and stepped forward all excited like.
"This is how I think we should decorate…. We put a sofa under the big window with maybe a coffee table and couple of chairs across from it perpendicular to the stone fireplace, then over here in the kitchen area we place a long table for family dinners like so," Bree's hands motioning to the position in a giddy sort of way.
"The master bedroom in downstairs just behind the fireplace with a big loft upstairs for our ade when they are older. The fresher is through there, but it is rather small… Only a shower not tub. If we need to, that far wall I bet could be pushed out at the other end to make more room," the blonde grinned, then walked over to her husband and wrapped her arms around his neck lovingly.
"So…. What do you think of the house so far? There's a shed attached to the barn out back that you could make into a small shop or "man cave" I bet," she smiled in a way that said 'please say yes'.
