Meeting a Sith lady

He gave a scowl underneath his mask,she knew nothing of him, and yet she talked of having power over him. The way she was mocking him was making his blood boil. He rested his hand on his saber hilt, it was just itching to ignite and cut her down but his fear mixed in with his hate,and it left him in a moment of indecision so he pulled his hand back, and said to her. "Use you foolish woman you know nothing. You do not know me at all, and what use can i be of you i am not one of you, why not simply kill me?" He questioned.

"You have some knowledge of the dark side. That makes you useful to me. But if you prove yourself not to be of use to me then I will kill you. The logic of the dark side is often murky and convoluted, but there is nothing complicated to understand here." Avedia smiled, folding her arms across her chest as confidence oozed from her. "You said that you wish to become more powerful, and yet your thoughts betray you. You would kill me before you could use me? Are you a fool, Kyrel Ren?"

He was just grimacing. She had beaten him at his own game,and he knew it. He wanted to learn from her. He had wished to perhaps become a Sith himself although he may had denied it. He needed her,and so if he wanted to do that he would have to play by her rules. He looked at her before giving out and said begrudgingly. "You have beaten me at my own game,but what makes you think i want to learn from you. You Sith are all the same to me. What makes you so different from the rest?"

Avedia frowned at the question, perplexed by what Kyrel had asked. As she thought over the question, she decided to retort with her own: "How many Sith have you met?"

He answered back coldly. "Not many only you,and Veles. Although the Sith that i have heard of so far,are the rabble that follow the Rule of One."

Avedia smiled at the mention of the fanatics that followed the Rule of One. "Those of us who follow the ways of the dark side do so because we do not wish to be limited. The dark side is freedom to explore things that those who follow the ways of the light side seek to avoid." This was one of the reasons why she had left the Jedi Order following her defeat to the hands of Darth Vornskr. But she did not want to tell Kyrel that she was once a Jedi Knight called Ella Nova. She sensed that would somehow alienate him.

"It is then a contradiction to the ways of the dark side that the Sith would only follow the aims and goals of one individual, however strong or powerful that they might be. The Rule of One limits the freedoms of individuals, thus taking away the individualism that the dark side rewards. I do not follow the Rule of One, and neither was Veles. We follow the true ways of the dark side."

Kyrel was interested. He was very curious,and so wanted to learn what that was, she herself seem to radiate power, and Kyrel craved that most of all. He desired to become stronger than he was,than this form that he loathed so much so he asked in the same inquisitive tone. "What way do you follow Sith?"
