Private Needing A Hand Or Two

"Well, I've helped trained you in the Force. Maybe I can help train you in the way of the date too?" A rather coy expression took over Alina's features now. In only a short few moments she had learned the limits of this relationship, at the cost of her getting quite embarrassed. But it was worth it. Though some of that embarrassment came back pretty quickly. She hadn't even though about whether he'd ever been this open with someone else. "I uh, no. I haven't. That's.."

Well she didn't have a word for it. She just smiled before leaning back in her seat, looking out the window to the hyperspace lines passing by. "So where are you gonna take me when we get back?"

A small scoff was his only response as a small smirk crossed his face. He would probably never admit to it, but Alisteri wouldn't have minded another training session or two with Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru . That wasn't really his idea of a date, not a proper one anyway, but he would take whatever he could get. The question seemed to catch him off-guard however, but he was quick to recover as he used a moment of stretch to cover his surprise. "Well I suppose I could tell you...but why ruin the surprise?"

He did have a couple of ideas already of course, he wasn't that ill-prepared. There was always that one diner they had been to awhile back if those other ideas fell through though. "Have any preferences before it becomes too late to change?"

A surprise huh? Alina smiled softly. "If that's what you want to do, I won't pry further." Truthfully she didn't even have an answer for preference. Her dating life was.. Active. But consisted of getting super drunk. Probably not the best idea to even think about that with Darth Strosius Darth Strosius . Drunk would lead to all manner of problems. She closed her eyes, once more leaning over to rest her head on his shoulder. Like before. Now that she wasn't..

Now that she was healed, it was easier for her to notice just how comfortable this was.

There was a small smile that formed on his face after she spoke, but it gave nothing away. For the time being on that topic, his lips were sealed. Alisteri was still trying to decide exactly where he wanted to take Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru but he had a few places narrowed down already. He blinked in surprise as she rested her head on his shoulder, again.

He let her simply rest there for a moment before one of his arms slowly crept to rest on her other side that wasn't touching him. Similar to how he had done so before, but this time he didn't have to worry about touching her arm. She was healed, even better than he had thought that she would be. He had been restored as well of course. It was admittedly odd to be whole again, but he would get used to it.

All that was left to do was figure out how best to pay her back for it, and he had an idea on how to do just that.

It wasn't long at all before Alina fell asleep again. There was a comfort she'd been missing her whole life that Darth Strosius Darth Strosius offered so easily. Safety. She rested right against him, her breathing soft. Calm. She'd never admit it, but this was likely the most restful sleep she had in all of her life. No worries, just a friend. Or, well. Something more. Alina would be out until they finally made it back to Dromund Kaas. No, she was still asleep. Barely registering that they'd dropped out before falling right back asleep.

Throughout his relatively limited experience with travelling through hyperspace, Alisteri had always found it rather relaxing. Evidently Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru must have agreed, as the next thing that he knew she was asleep against him once more. He thought to join her at first, but decided against it. Instead, he used his free hand to glance over a datapad and idly fiddle with it as they journeyed back to Dromund Kaas.

It was always nice to have a moment of rest, amidst the war and training. No struggle, no doubt, just the two of them having a little break from the galaxy. As much as he enjoyed serving the Sith, he had to admit that he quite literally always looked forwards to spending time with her. Unfortunately, he did have to gently and slowly slip away from her in order to land the ship. He was careful not to wake her, not until after they had landed at least.

"Hey, hey Alina. We've landed." His voice was soft as he tried to gently shake her awake. At fisrt he had the idea of simply carrying her out, but he wasn't sure how she would react if she woke up mid-carry.

She woke slowly, obviously delirious as she glanced around, then to Darth Strosius Darth Strosius as she realized he was there. A soft smile took over her lips as she fully opened her eyes. Yeah. Waking up to see him certainly made her happy. The kind that brought butterflies, which had her sitting right up immediately as she realized just how deep of a sleep she let herself fall into. She wiped off some drool as she quickly got up to hide any further embarrassment.

"R.. Right. Um." She cleared her throat. "What now?"

He opened his mouth once she started to awaken properly, but he stopped once she smiled at him. Huh...cute. As she sat up, he pulled back slightly to give her some room; and hide what little flush had come on his face in response to his thought. He couldn't help it if her sleepy smile caused him such a thing. Alisteri looked back at Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru as she spoke, a small smile forming on his face as he idly leaned back on his heels. "Well I have some good news! I booked a reservation for tomorrow if you're available for our..." There was a hesitation for a moment, as if he was scared that he was about to misspeak. "Our date."

That still sounded weird to say, if only for the fluttering feeling that it caused.

Reservation? She looked plenty surprised by that term. She, despite being in a rich family, hadn't really had the chance to enjoy an actual meal that you'd get with a reservation. Bars were her scene. Her mother only brought her along to a fancy place to show her off to potential suitors to gain favor with. Ah, that was something to worry about now. What would her mother do to Darth Strosius Darth Strosius if she found out? That worry quickly soured her mood as she looked away.

There was a lot of baggage that came with her. Probably more than he deserved.

She took a breath, closing her eyes. No, her mother couldn't take this from her too. "So, tomorrow? What does that mean for today?"

Although he seemed curious about her mood for a moment, he decided not to ask about it. Better to hope that whatever Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru was thinking about could be swept under the rug for another day. Force knows they had plenty of excitement and strife on this little trip already. In an attempt to lighten the mood a bit, Alisteri smiled at the question and offered his hand to help her up.

"That would depend on you, if you want we can part ways until tomorrow, or I did have one thing that we could do." Well there plenty things to do of course, but there was only so much day left.

370d9lz.png

He had one thing they could do? Given how flustered he got just talking about the date she could at least eliminate some options of what it might of been. A smile formed none the less. Having something to do with Darth Strosius Darth Strosius was never a bad thing in her mind. "Well, don't keep me in the dark. I'd love to do anything really, with you."

An even wider grin spread across his face at that, although whether it was due to her simply going along with him or how she said it was up in the air. He certainly wasn't going to spend any time trying to decipher it. "Excellent! It's not something that...well I mean I find it fun." As he exited the ship, he seemed reluctant to actually explain where he was taking her. "I don't know if you'll find it interesting, but I want to share it with you. It...it would mean a lot to me if you saw it."

370d9lz.png

"You're building up the suspense. Must be something good." Her voice was teasing, but she was certainly curious now. Darth Strosius Darth Strosius wasn't the type to avoid spelling something out, so seeing him actually avoid telling her what it was built all that wonderful suspension. She reached a hand out to take his as they left the ship before she nodded.

"Lead on, then."

Alisteri rolled his eyes playfully, but he nodded. "I promise it will be. I think it is anyway." He sounded almost nervous for a moment, but when she took his hand all of that seemed to melt away. As if it was some sort of assurance to him. "Don't worry, it's not too far away." He had already double-checked to ensure that it was where it was supposed to be. One never knew nowadays after all.

Soon enough he was leading the way down various streets, seeming to take a rather strange path. He knew where he was going though, oddly enough he seemed to know his way around the poorer area of the city just fine. Finally he stopped in an alleyway, turning to face Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru with a mixture of hesitation and excitement.

"Okay, just around this corner is what I want to show you. We won't approach, just have a look." The only other explanation he offered was a small wink before turning the corner to reveal...what looked to be a small gathering in the street. Complete with market stalls and what looked to be one or two people standing on a little stage at the other end of the street.

Not far, huh? Alina stuck close to Darth Strosius Darth Strosius , simply observing where they were going. She wasn't new to this part of town, though it was the first time in a while that she'd come by. There was no reason for her to go to the underground fight club these days. Maybe she should visit, especially now, with this new strength she had. Would be interesting to see who she could mess up now.

The sight she was brought to had her looking around far more curiously than before. "What is this?"

He shifted in place at the question, taking a moment to glance over the scene before them as if he was checking for something. He didn't let the question hang unanswered for too long though. "This is...well this is a little charity event. I helped to organize it you see. I...I wanted to show it off to you." Alisteri had to admit that he was proud of it, even though it was rather small. A couple of sleepless nights were well worth seeing his congregation enjoy themselves and help others in need.

"I think it's going fairly well so far." Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru was the first he was show this off to, and probably would be the only one for awhile.

370d9lz.png

A charity event? She looked absolutely surprised by this. Not that she didn't think Darth Strosius Darth Strosius was capable of doing that. Just, it wasn't exactly a very Sith thing to do. A much, much brighter smile formed as she watched the group with a renewed interest. "We could go, but then again, you are in my clothing. Without the mask. Should we head back? Or would you be alright with going dressed as you are?"

He glanced back at her to try and decipher her reaction, a small sigh of relief left him at the sight. Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru wasn't disappointed, and that was good enough for him. "Hm? Oh no they wouldn't recognize me but that's alright." Alisteri smiled slightly as he noticed one or two children running around as well. "I'd rather they didn't. Wouldn't want them to think I was looking over their shoulders."

370d9lz.png

"You're a much better person than you give yourself credit for." Her smile softened at the sight of the children. Laughing. Playing. Even here. They already were having a better childhood than Darth Strosius Darth Strosius or she had. And if what he was doing helped to make those lifes better? Well. Alina leaned up, pressing a gentle kiss to his cheek before nodding. It'd been a pretty eventful couple of days.

"We should head back. Get some rest. Tomorrow's a date, after all."

Alisteri blinked in surprise but offered a smile in return. "I wouldn't say that, I'm just helping out a little. They're doing the work themselves." They weren't wholly dependent upon him, and he liked it that way. Better that they could function just fine without him, one never knew how the tides of war could turn after all. He was brought out of his thoughts by the kiss, looking away from Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru and nodding in agreement to try and hide the small blush.

"Indeed it is. Let's hurry back then, it has been a long day."
