Thats no problem. It's generally assumed your character wields a lightsaber if you are making them a Jedi or Sith. You can always create a custom lightsaber and submit it to the codex (example here), but thats not necessary. Just avoid crazy overpowered items or powers when you first create a character. I'd take a look through other character creations to get an idea of what people start with. It can seem overwhelming at first but you'll get the hang of it! I've only been here a month but I feel pretty well versed at this point. You should join the Discord if you want fast answers to all your questions.

If you type @'Oblivion_Entity' without the '' it'll become Oblivion_Entity

Usually, a drop-down will appear after the first few letters with users displayed for you to easily click on and link them into the post icon included. It also gives them a notification when you do so.
